Bredon was personable but had not done a Kiwisat software update before so was in learning mode. He completed the job with assistance from his supervisor and listened to some suggestions I had.

Paikea helped greatly with my multiple iPad and cellphone queries.. Considering the large cost of your service it would be very helpful and courteous if you could include a follow up phone call a day later to check nothing had been forgotten.. e.g. how I operate those two camera circles on back of cellphone and also to tell me if I have protective security in my cellphone.. The Email account set up in Microsoft Outlook on my wife Heather’s new PC (as per below) has an incorrect account name - Heather Ray NOT Heather RAE and she is concerned that her Emails have the WRONG name. Heather’s new PC has a Microsoft 365 Office Software installed under my account name gcookrae@xtra.co.nz and I am unable to make any progress in getting access to her Outlook account to correct her account name. Can you please do something to help Heather otherwise she will become an VERY UNHAPPY customer

Dear Geeks on Wheels. I just want to thank Sashika for all the effor he went to to sure I got up to date equipment. He even went out of his way to help me get fibre. He is helpful and went out of his way to explain things to me. Thank you Geeks on Wheels for swapping the large monitor for the smaller one. This was really appreciated. I would recommend Sashika to others for his great approach to the job.

OK. Gold card cost is minmum $180 an hour but my issue took 35 minutes so got other check ups and internal check done as well. Brandon was great and look, its going to cost you to get the case to the shop and back, one week without a PC and no back pain for my older folk as the PC stays on site. Highly recommend option.

I experienced an issue with outlook classic email . The speed of receiving or sending emails was slow. Geeks put in much time trying to resolve. Although the issue remains I cannot fault Geeks as they tried many solutions and after discussion it was agreed that it was a microsoft issue.

Cannot remember the name of man who fixed it for me but he was very caring and kind in showing me what to do as I am in my eighties and it takes me longer to remember things Thanks a lot Meg Gordon

efficient , polite , listened to my story, fixed the difficulties I was having and gave the computer a thorough check over and assured me all was functioning as it should.will be happy to use same service again.

Justin very good and very patient. However, MClient he set up didn't work and I had to speak to Videk today. Hope I'm not charged for that .... As an aside, any possibilty of increaing the print size on your invoices please.

And don't worry—because you have your subscription to Geek Plus, any remote support calls like the one you did with Vivek are part of that subscription, so there is no further charge! We will check with the accounts team to see if increasing the invoice print size is possible and then resend it for you!

(i FOUND bRANDON TO BE AN EFFICIET AND COMPETANNT. I WOULD GIVE HIM TOP MARKS EXCEPT I WISH HE HAD EXPLAINED MORE THOROUGHLY WHY HE NEEDED TO INSTALL THIS PROGRAMME.

Jacob was extremely patient and showed me how to achieve the results I wanted. He went over things several times and gave me time to think of the steps I needed to follow to get a successful outcome. Once he had shown me I was able to try to complete the task myself . This was extremely beneficial for me. I appreciated his professionalism and tolerance. P.O'Sullivan
