The Geek's visit yesterday was very satisfactory. However, I was not impressed by a personal remark which he made.

Dear Lloyd, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review We apologize for the inconvenience you faced while waiting for your appointment. We operate on an AM/PM booking system to increase our flexibility for our appointments, this does however leave a rather large window of when we arrived based on the previous appointments of the day. You can request our 8am slot so that you know the technician will be at your door at 8am so you don't need to wait around. Thank you once again for your review and for choosing Geeks on Wheels.

Tom did what he could to fix the problem with the printer,but had to ring the Brother Help Desk for futher help. He arranged for the Brother operators to try and resolve the issue.

The technicians turned up on time. Most of my needs were met but it was an unwelcome surprise to find out my PC was unusable after the upgrade. The managers discount helped me swallow that pill.

Sorted out my main problem - but not able to install a Mac Cleaner, probably because my Mac OS Majave 10.14.6 is not compatable (pity)

The only way this could have been bettr was if the serviceman had said "it might take and hour" to install windows 11 instead of "about 10 Minutes"
