efficient , polite , listened to my story, fixed the difficulties I was having and gave the computer a thorough check over and assured me all was functioning as it should.will be happy to use same service again.

Justin very good and very patient. However, MClient he set up didn't work and I had to speak to Videk today. Hope I'm not charged for that .... As an aside, any possibilty of increaing the print size on your invoices please.

And don't worry—because you have your subscription to Geek Plus, any remote support calls like the one you did with Vivek are part of that subscription, so there is no further charge! We will check with the accounts team to see if increasing the invoice print size is possible and then resend it for you!

Job well done. Only complaint - computer left in a slightly different state from usual, which I had to straighten out myself. Nothing wrong, just a bit different condition from my usual.

(i FOUND bRANDON TO BE AN EFFICIET AND COMPETANNT. I WOULD GIVE HIM TOP MARKS EXCEPT I WISH HE HAD EXPLAINED MORE THOROUGHLY WHY HE NEEDED TO INSTALL THIS PROGRAMME.

Jacob was extremely patient and showed me how to achieve the results I wanted. He went over things several times and gave me time to think of the steps I needed to follow to get a successful outcome. Once he had shown me I was able to try to complete the task myself . This was extremely beneficial for me. I appreciated his professionalism and tolerance. P.O'Sullivan

We have used Geeks over many years and found service good. We are not so happy this time. The arranged time was at the start of the working day but the technician did not arrive until 1.30. A big delay. The installion of the virus software Malwarebytes was a mistake even though the technican knew we had signed a 2 year virus protection with McAfee in November. This created disappointment that the technican was not thinkling about the customer. There were also unexpected add on's which were not discussed but just added. I still respect Geeks but I was annoyed when I got home from work. I can say Geeks did later make contact and have made arrangements to rectify the key issue and explain the add ons. I respect them for taking a proactive response.

We are grateful to Geeks for fixing our very annoying internet connectivity problem. It did take 2 visits, the first technician not finding a solution to the complicated problem. The second technician is to be applauded for doing so. Seemingly one of the Wifi extenders had had it so it was replaced with a new one. By the end of the session the broken extender began to function again so did we really need to pay for a new one?? We don't really need 3 extenders around the house. It all became very expensive, but we have always have great service from Geeks and have valued their honesty, fairness and clarity in explaining problems. We trust that will continue.

After requesting an account I found that I had been charged a callout fee of 35 dollars.as there was no callout involved with the job I have not payed the callout fee. I rang the office about this around the 8th of November and was told that the technician would call me about it . I have had no call to date. The job was completed and am happy with the help that was given.

A problem with a printer required two visits but was resolved to my satisfaction on the second visit. The technician seemed well versed in the technolgy and I found him helpful and courteous.

Really good service from jack. He arrived when he said, did the installation and had it all set up . Had a small problem with the printer set but get that sorted eventually. All in all a great job , well explained and executed . Tim Jones

Came to site, changed and installed Mesh Web to better quality product, corrected some issues and left. Problems recurred and streaming capability was missing and tech returned. Solved the problems, reset the mesh sites and corrected the other issues again, all at no cost. A generous gesture given the second visit was as challening as the first. Did appreciate it, thanks Geeks.

Angus was very professional and explained everything in language I could follow. The computer and phone now do what I wanted. I do think your prices are rather high.

Unable to resolve problem on line - Geek was onsite within 2 days. Appeared onsite punctually - addressed problem and was gone within 30 mins. Excellent service.
