Taylor was able to quickly diagnose and fix my printer issues. He is a very knowledgeable technician and explained everything clearly. I like to have the same technician each time my computer needs attention. Hence the reason I have not given 5 stars is because there is a chance that next time I will have a different technician.

Geeks on Wheels turned up at home in a timely manner, to be let in by my neighbour and the computer was fixed in good time to be delivered to me in the hospital, where I am a patient.

Been with Geeks for many years now, and have no complaints from day one to now. Vaughan was good, came on time and left after an hour. Answered the odd question I put to him.

Pleasant, courteous Technician. Appreciate the computer learning we gained thanks. Unfortunately, he needed to come back as one problem not sorted on the first visit. This incurred additional expense, inclusive of 'call out'.

Excellent people, for skills and manners. A year ago, I would have given 5 stars. Now I can't because it's so difficult to get a call-back, even as a Hotline Member. Clearly not enough staff at that stage. Very, very frustrating to not even get a call-back on the same day!

Hi Gavan! Thank you for the feedback on our service. We apologize for the delays in getting back to you with your Helpline callbacks. Earlier in the year we were understaffed in this area, but the good news is we are now at full capacity and are answering calls the same day. Last week we did have two people sick, so it did cause delays but otherwise, we have now managed to be on top of our incoming calls most days! We understand the frustration of not being heard back the same day and do apologize again, but would love you to know that we are now back at full capacity and are getting through calls promptly like before! tried hard to fix the problem, initially, it worked but wouldn't 2nd time around (typical of technology). So I went to the supplier of the cutter, Roland who managed to sort problem it was not the computer but the program, needed to find a new cutting program (Cut Studio) other than the one (Sign Tools) that came with the design program that was compatible with the design program and Roland Cutter. Then have to convert the files to ESP to run with the new cutting program. CLEAR AS MUD

Hi Rata! It sounds like your fix was a complicated one, to say the least! We're glad to hear that the supplier Roland was able to resolve it through a complex system of changing software! Sometimes with older machines like that going to the supplier is a great way because they will know ways to make their products work, which we won't know without the insider information! Geek on Wheels employee Regan provided a thorough and comprehensive check on my computer and offered advice and tips on various topics such as the keychain function and passwords.Being a Luddite I appreciated that she explained things in a simple easily understandable way.

Usually very efficient. However I have found Sashika rather slow and less knowledgable than previous Technicians that we have had. This is not a complaint, just a personal opinion. The next time I request a call I would appreciate it if you could send one of the others.

Good communicator and was efficient in what she was able to do with my problems. Turned out my printer was the basis cause of my major issues.

Anthony D sorted out an issue we were having with our internet connection after changing service providers. He diagnosed the problem quickly, recommended an effective solution, installed a new router for us and made sure all of our devices were working. He was very good at explaining what he was doing as he went along, including what the options would cost, and he tidied up after himself too. Anthony D was also very personable, polite, arrived on time, and even coped well be being hassled by our puppy!

Justin quickly identified that my existing Wi-Fi booster was not revivable after a power spike and he simply installed an unobtrusive TP-link deco Wi-Fi mess network instead, which has wonderful strong Wi-Fi coverage. Thank you Justin. You did spoil the experience a bit though by invoicing an excessive price above retail for the two Wi-Fi devices.
