Thank you for your help, the young lady doing our job was brilliant. Who was to kno One NZ voice over the Internet only works on their equipment? One NZ has only just supplied the new modem sending their Tec to help install it by way of apology for the hassle, just as well as they discovered a broken wire which would have caused ongoing problems, it was a fluke discovery. Reconnecting our monitor for the solar system was also problematic as it had to be reconfigured at the inverter by the instal Tec from their company. It seems our job has been a learning curve for everybody and not the simple little project I first thought. Please pass on our thanks to your Tec as she was most helpful, polite and did her utmost to help and that alone will have me recommend you to other people. Regards Ivan Maher

Excellent. The issue had been bugging me for a while and had me pulling my hair out... The techy showed up and was not 100% sure how to solve the issue himself which had me worried that I was wasting my money! He contacted the right people who pointed him in the right direction to solve the problem at hand. He learnt on the job, and he didn't let it slow him down which is great! Top marks!

We pride ourselves in having a good network of technicians so that if one runs into an issue that they can't resolve, they can call on someone else who will know and in the process upskill that tech! Ross contacted me and clearly signaled his arrival time. He was very knowledgeable and explained very well what was needed to improve the performance of my laptop, iPhone, and iPad. He was also quick and efficient.

You came when you said you will. A new scanner driver was installed which I am not happy with. The last one was way easier. It scans alright to the computer but after that I'm lost. This doesn't need to be hard.

good tech , i have a lot to understand , trying, and reley on good advice from others like Ashvin . can be a slow process for me . I given u an 8 rating something to Strive too. ps there was no Delivery here . comp service issue only.

I called in Geeks when my printer broke down. Your rep was unable to repair so I decided to order a new one through Geeks. Was told it would be delivered, installed and the old one taken away. It took some time to instal the new printer - a suitable cable was not included. Luckily we found one amongst all the cables in our 'collection'. I was unaware that this was a WIFI printer and hope it works if my internet goes down. When it was finished I was told that the printer could not be taken away - I would have to dispose of it myself. I was very upset about this as this was one of the reasons I ordered through Geeks. I'd also point out that your rep should check what connections and cables are needed before ordering a new device. The same thing happened previously when I ordered a new printer through you. Your staff are helpful but things such as I mentioned above are irritating. And because of the complications with cables etc it means that things take longer - hence a higher charge. At this stage the printer is working fine, but quite honestly I would have preferred one that was not WIFI as we have a slow internet connection here and, unfortunately, fairly frequent outages. The less than perfect recommendation level reflects these problems, but I would use them again as Geeks offer a service that no-one else does and is useful to someone like me who is not very tech-savvy. The staff I have met (on two occasions) have been pleasant and helpful. But I hope my comments will be taken on board.

Although my problem wasn't sorted out on the day, recommendations were made and my technician called back three times to check on my progress and resolved a backup issue that had been niggling at me for days in ten seconds.
