Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

Technician was able to locate problem quickly and rectify. He also checked a number of other things on my PC, suggested improvements and explained what he was doing.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Heath. He was very pleasant to deal with and patiently listened to my probably not very clear explanation of the problems being experienced. He identified the key problem quickly after arrival and advised the action he considered required, explained the computer would be taken off site to Geek premises to be attended to and when it would be returned. It was returned 4 days earlier than initially indicated. (Note: We will phone Geeks tomorrow as 2 new problems were identified today.)

Callum was ok but took a long time to upload things and put a line into our computer to try and get the internet going but without success he couldn’t get it running but at least he got the page that I wanted off the screen which was good

Mike, the Technician was well presented, polite, respectful and very helpful. My laptop was returned to me in working order. My only misgiving was that it was on the expensive side. Thank you Mike for a job well done.

HarryB was pleasant and helpful. Sadly however he was unable to get our printer working. It would be useful if your website said that Geeks on Wheels don't have expertise in solving software problems with printers. A phone consultation might have saved me paying $130 to find out my printer needs to be replaced - I could have put that money towards a new printer.

Rohan is an excellent ambassador for your company. After resetting my Wireless Network Adapter I presumed all would be well. Unfortunately on booting up just now no wi fi connection occurred and the 'unable to connect' message was the same as it always was. However, using the newer Wireless Network Adapter that Rohan supplied is working now. Whether it will work tomorrow remains to be seen.........

Kevin was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Only one-star lost because case got closed prematurely by admin (but understandable during lockdown confusion)

Good to hear the admin issue was only a minor concern, we had to adjust our system on the fly to suit Lockdown so were a few kinks we've been ironing out as we work out way out of it. JP was awesome to deal with, came in and sorted out one of my issues pretty quickly explaining what he was doing as he worked through the process. While he couldn't solve the other issue he was able to offer a suitable replacement. He kept me up to date on the delays and followed through on what he had promised. Very happy with JP.
