“Fairly successful until had to talk to a Spark person over the phone, which took half an hour to go through the process for connection. The Internet now working much of the time but not always.”

“All good. All Phone correspondence and communication was great. Turned up on time. Gave me good options for moving forward. Only issue would be the time and money over the hour due to the computer doing a memory test. If this is started in that first hour, there should be some dialogue about the extra cost during this time. I could have done that test myself again, as I said I had done one already, and not gone over the inital hour.”

“I was delighted with the service provided by Tim. He was able to place my phone back in its original space in the dining room where it should have been. He was also able to clean up the mess of cords in a jumble sitting behind my computer. And also set a default font for me on Word and Excel which I was unaware of how to do and neither was the previous technician. In effect he cleaned up the shambles left by your previous employee.”

“Initial problem was resolved realitivly easily however another issue with my printer was discovered after Ross left. The printer tray extension will no longer close it appears it was opened too far & is now stuck.”
