This was somewhat frustrating for both of us. The check up of the Adata Time Machine just went on and on and after quite a bit of time it stalled The solution took a while to sort. I think Tim did his best to do this. I had suggested early that the amount of space in my computer’s hd might be the problem. Tim deleted some apps and files to increase the capacity. He deleted the files in the Time Machine. Finally it worked. It was a bit frustrating and time consuming to work out how to fix the issue. But I appreciated his perseverance.

Had to wait 5 days because of demand for services, but once here the tech, BarnabyA was very good.

Fairly successful until had to talk to a Spark person over the phone, which took half an hour to go through the process for connection. The Internet now working much of the time but not always.

All good. All Phone correspondence and communication was great. Turned up on time. Gave me good options for moving forward. Only issue would be the time and money over the hour due to the computer doing a memory test. If this is started in that first hour, there should be some dialogue about the extra cost during this time. I could have done that test myself again, as I said I had done one already, and not gone over the inital hour.

I was delighted with the service provided by Tim. He was able to place my phone back in its original space in the dining room where it should have been. He was also able to clean up the mess of cords in a jumble sitting behind my computer. And also set a default font for me on Word and Excel which I was unaware of how to do and neither was the previous technician. In effect he cleaned up the shambles left by your previous employee.

Initial problem was resolved realitivly easily however another issue with my printer was discovered after Ross left. The printer tray extension will no longer close it appears it was opened too far & is now stuck.

I had some questions arising from a visit by a technician today Then manager rang me up very promptly and fully answered and addressed my concerns. This shows great management and good communication processes by the company. I still recommend them
