Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We really like using Geeks on Wheels and the service is excellent. It was just disappointing that when we went to use the computer it had a password/passcode on it that we didn’t know so we can’t use the brand new computer that we paid nearly $3000.00 for. We now have to get the tech back and we have busy lives which is a pain.

I'd made a mess of my iMac's 'innards', well beyond my capacity to sort out the mess. I was impressed with Kevin's determination to find the causes of, and thence solutions to, the problems. I'm grateful for the great job he did.

While not being able to sort out all my computer issues in the allocated time, Donovan the technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Donovan to anyone.

The assigned Geek did not solve the problem of a phantom account appearing in Windows 10. which was subsequently found to be associated with ESET which can create a Phantom account. The Geek Manager contacted me promptly and refunded the cost of the visit.

Glen was fine, and altho' we were only doing a 'Computer WOF' we would be happy to have Glen back for any future assistance required. The payment was made at the time to Glen. Regards

Sam was my technician and did aa good and honest appraisal with the result that I now have a new computer which he has installed. There was a technical issue with transferring date to the new computer, not helped by the Microsoft system being temporarily down with the result that it was necessary to attend to this remotely later in the day. Andi J (hope I've got this correct) was my contact and I must say he was absolutely incredible, checking various aspects and keeping in touch the whole time. Well done Geeks.

Unfortunately, my usual Geek, that has been coming to us is no longer with you guys. :( However, I was pleased to have Joseph come, and found him to be patient, and answered the many questions I had. Will be happy to have Joseph come again :)

Sam S was excellent as always - prompt efficient understanding and subsequent execution of all necessary tasks onsite and in the lab. Helpful instructions to me. As a hotline customer for many years I can say the onsite visits from individual technicians has been excellent (except one instance where a less experienced person presented) but the process to get a technician to call back or help you remotely or make an appointment can be prolonged because of staff shortage? Hopefully now all my computer and internet issues have been solved once and for all so I won’t be needing any more extensive help but the occasional calls to the hotline I hope can be faster! Thank you to Sam and the team.

Thanks for the feedback, you're right, we have been low on staff in WLG just recently but we have 4 new recruits hitting the road here as we speak so shouldn't have anymore delays going forward!

The Trend Maximum Security system was installed but not active when the Harry left. I think I have installed it properly now onto the computer.
