Great Service from Jarred. Only thing ( that is out of Jarred's control) is your charging times. These appear to be for half hour or an hour. Maybe look at 15 minute times for charge out?.

Generally good. To some extent, however, it does depend on the particular person sent to do the job - all are capable but some are more expert than others.

BenV had to adapt to a new situation, which he did quickly and efficiently. He explained things as he went along which I appreciated, and helped me understand the present way the IRD does things.

it would be good to know of any reliable websites that tell people of when certain updates are taking place eg, your guy installed windows 11 on my computer, as it was recommended, but it meant i had to spend hours getting it setup to be the way everything was laid out when i was using windows 10. the frustration made me consider going back to windows 10, but i know your guy said that in order for the pc to run smoothly, you need to keep "updating", hence the windows 11 then i did some research & found theres certain versions of windows 11 that are gonna be "support discontinued" in 2025. so to know of a website that discusses these kinda things would be great. another example is google are supposedly ditching ad blocker "uBlock origin" in june. so it would be great to know of other recommended ad blockers

Hi there, thank you for the review and feedback, we can certainly help answer some of those questions! The most reliable and easiest way to ensure your computer is up to date is going through the computers settings itself. You can find the updates by going into Window Settings then Windows Updates and pressing for check for updates. That is the most accurate and surefire way of knowing that your computer is on the latest update. The best website to check for when support is going to be discontinued for any kind of version of Windows is just Microsoft's website itself, as they will be the first to announce any end of life for any version of Windows, then all the other outlets, including us, will then make blogs and email updates reporting on it. Google will be updating their extensions policy in the near future for extra security, and this will affect a lot of extensions, including uBlock Origin. The creator of uBlock Origin is already working on a new version to work with the latest update, so you won't likely need to swap unless uBlock aren't able to keep up with Chrome's latest security features. However if you want to change adblockers another great one is simply called 'Adblock'

Very personable Geek took care of the connection problem I had with setup of a replament router. All solved and up and running. Other minor issues with PC taken care of.
