“Glen clearly knew was needed to install the new router, understood what the problem was that we were having and thought that replacing the router was the right thing to do. The install was done in good time until he could not identify the VLAN (I think) access code, the code was not of the router boox of quick install info, I didn't think this issue was Glen's problem. The end result is that the TV signal seems to be stable instead of previously poor and often non existent. We are pleased with this result.”

“I have been a customer of Geeks on Wheels for 10 years now, and have always found your staff so helpful. Your Techs always explain everything that they are doing and explain everything so that i understand how to get the better out of my computer. Today i had GJ and he explained how to stop notifications on my computer, which i was finding hard to delete or block. I always pass your number to people if they are having problems with their computer or laptop and say how excellent your service is.”

“JP was great today he got rid of all my spam emails. I used to just delete them but they came back the next day but now JP told me how to get rid of the spam emails. Thanks JP. He also checked all my systems and it looks as though my computer is working great. Thanks.”

“Harry & JP are excellent technicians always providing an excellent service to me-they are a real credit to Geeks on Wheels. However that cannot be said about the people on the phones-the first port of call when booking a geek.They are unreliable & insensitive to customers concerns.Even when booking Online,they don’t come back to me to organise a time so I have to phone to find out what’s happening even though my booking online was received-it means doubling up causing irritation.All they do is keep on apologising thinking that will solve the issue.They need to get their act together.”
