“Glen (Geeks on Wheels) was exactly what I needed to sort out problems with my new computer. He obviously knew a lot but was able to access clarification very quickly when he wasn't sure. Also, he spoke at my level ie meaningfully but not too technical.”

“Callum was very efficient. He patiently listened to my computer issues, and was equally patient with explaining the corrective process he used. I was able to trial the scanning fix, and am very happy that I can now go ahead with my projects. As there was some time available in my allotted hour, he was able to fix some TV internet connections too. Excellent service”

“was recommended to use this company and did so . Paul who came was so good and checked out the problem I had with computer . He gave me the bad news computer past its used by date and went over options what he could do after checking everything on the old one . I settled for a new one as it was old and he will come and set it all up for me when it arrives I loved the service I got as next day after switching it off couldn't get it to start again so rang them and Paul got back to me within 5 minutes and went over it on phone how to get into sites again . these guys are tops in service and would recommend them to anyone that has computer problems . Good phone communication with reception as well.”

“Rence was good support right from the day of my initial phone consultation until delivery return of laptop. Return day was as scheduled. Friendly and helpful. Will at support gave me good advice on alternatives to hard drive upgrade. Service team called twice to sort access - helpful and kept me up with progress. Support Team called me this morning re associated printer problem. Great help and all sorted. A good overall experience. Thanks”

“Came for emergency call within one day! Peter explains things that are very complex for us in direct, specific terms and chacks to see that we have absorbed them.I could not access mail and attempts to do so by closing & restarting did not seem to work. My husband had bevome nearly suicidal because he could not prepare a data sheet under several headings and attach a small photo to each entry. Hopefully this will work.”
