“I was really happy with the service I received from Paikea, he was ver patient sorted out my computer issue and had a look at our Wifi, we decided to up grade this and he made sure all the devices were working.”

“Our computer was extremely slow, Harry visited & confirmed my thoughts that it was an age thing but he managed to find a few things that sped her up a bit so we might get another year or so out of her. Thanks Harry!”

“5 Star service overall. On Saturday I was not feeling safe without a phone connection and both members of Geek on Wheels staff were superb. Tim? came Monday morning, and, like the booking staff member, gave clear directions and explanations”

“Generally happy with the work of decommissioning the xtra.co.nz account. That was well done. However, since Ross left there is a new version of Outlook installed. I can no longer access or use the previous installation of Outlook, I can not view any of the original Outlook folders or emails, all of my Outlook Calendar settings/appointments have disappeared, the Address Book and Contacts lists have disappeared, and advertisements are now on the sidebar of Outlook. Another issue is that when I now attempt to Save an Excel, Word, or Powerpoint file, it only allows me to Save to OneDrive. I don't use OneDrive, I want to Save to the local SSD. It seems that the reason for each of these is that the original MS Outlook apps have been replaced. I don't want these new versions. How do I get rid of the rubbish advertising? Review Updated 23 Oct On reflection, Ross did a good job, just maybe could have reviewed more clearly with me where the laptop was at, prior to his departure. We don't want to discourage his enthusiasm. Happy with the work Ruben did to recover Windows 10. Happy to continue using Geeks on Wheels.”
