About Geeks on Wheels:

Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have spent over two decades assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of tech repair, malware removal and everything in between, so you can enjoy your laptop, computer, smart TV, Wi-Fi network and other technology, exactly as you are meant to.

“Herschel was fantastic. Sorted the issue then did a complete tech health check up and everything is now better than before I even had an issue. Really knowledgeable, efficient and polite and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.”

“There was a persistent problem with my emails, that no one seemed to be able to fix, until Paul came and i am back with a more than seviceable email program. He also fixed the set up of my printer. Thank you again and I re-assess the points given to "double five." Andrew Morley”

“As a Company, Geeks On Wheels is simple to navigate, streamlined, responsive, and efficient. However, we needed a lot done for our 2 differing tv's, apple macBook, 2x iPhones, and our microsoft laptop, and old slow Router. Our requirements had grown over time, and we needed our personal Geeks man, NATE, to visit 3 times over these last couple of weeks, each time we loaded more requirements on him, as we learned more about our needs and about the various machines. NATE's innate courtesy, thoughtfulness, tenacity and perseverence, his quiet listening to our growing range of layman-questions and requirements, and his particularly creative recommendations to update, replace and house-clean our various apps (updating the good ones and deleting the bad ones, ever explaining in simple terms, why), NATE revolutionised our future usage. NATE's adjustments and innovations for our machines have overcome so many of our usage-limitations and we are very grateful for his brilliance and clarity, explanations and effects. As we followed what he did, we were astonished at his wide scope of knowledge resulting from deep experience, his depth of customising various options to our personal preferences, how he presented prioritised choices (that he gave to us), and how he tied everything together as he outlined how and what he did so we got the overall picture. Ace Technician !”

“I can totally recommend Geeks on Wheels for prompt and professional services and great prices. I purchased my new laptop through them and because I work out of the cover area we arrranged to meet at a convenient time and location to transfer my data and set up my new laptop. I had discussed my requirements for my new laptop and was recommended an Acer laptop which I am really pleased with ! Both the price and the laptop suited me perfectly and I got an aswesome deal.
