Hyundai 7524 compressor Excellent service from beginning to end. Prompt and courteous delivery. When I rang to explain a part needed replacing they couldn't have been more helpful on the phone. The part was delivered the very next day. Thank you for an excellent online order experience. I certainly won't hesitate to order from you again

My lawnmower bought in October 2019 still under guarantee not working any more . Last week been told it would be collected ... Last week on the Friday no one collected . After emails and phone call was advised would be picked up today and again has not been picked up again ..I was told it would be picked up tomorrow now but after reading the rest of the reviews it does not look like it’s going to be collected any time soon . I too may have to look at other ways of sorting this .

Very poor service. Ordered a compressor and it was delivered broken. Genpower were far more interested in claiming from the courier than providing a replacement. They collected the broken compressor 6 days after first delivery. A replacement was received 6 days after this. This was broken too. 9 days after this the last of the replacement parts arrived. Genpower were extremely apathetic all the way through. Had to chase/complain 11 times. Eventually had a working item 24 days after order. Not good enough.

Genpower proved to be totally unsatisfactory. On the strength of our experience, I'd advise you to either avoid them completely or only buy anything supplied by them with your credit card. We had to resort to a Credit Act 'Section 75' claim for the £1500+, that we'd spent on a Hyundai generator. It developed a fault after less than 20 hours use. We put up with five months of delays and procrastination from Genpower, during which they asked us to carry out various repairs while they supplied random parts, sometimes entirely wrong for the machine and sometimes second hand. Our generator remained unfunctioning, unrepaired, uncollected, unreplaced and unrefunded until we contacted the Credit Card company who refunded us, in full, within a few hours of our phonecall.

After emails I couldn't respond to, I eventually got through via a 2 hour wait on the phone. Ordered a part for my chainsaw. It arrived 4 days late and they had the cheek to send an after market non genuine part. Not happy at all.

Appalling company I have been dealing with a company called genpower disgusted at the way they’ve handled my case I purchased a jetwash used about 6 times pistons had gone so returned to them they have had it 2 months with limited contact of them every time I ring they say they will ring back and don’t it’s costing me money as I have to hire one while they have it I’ll probably get more luck of this review of a reply appalling way to run a buisness definitely be shopping else were in future if and when I get my jetwash back

I had to return a Hyundai mower as it was not up to the job. Had great difficulty making any contact with after sales, but eventually the machine was returned and was told I would get a refund. Could not believe it when I found the refund was £72.55 less than I paid. This is appalling, don't use them.

I bought a Hyundai mower and there was a problem with delivery that was my fault. Genpower went to great lengths to redirect even going so far as contacting the delivery firm (TNT) that was actually on the way to my premises and redirecting to another address 100 miles away. The only frustration is that their phone lines are switched off because of Covid but they dealt with my problem promptly by email. I consider they went ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED. Do not buy from Hyundai if genpower deals with there after sales, Absolutely the worse customer service I have experienced they deliberately put hurdles in your way while trying to get the issue resolved, Ignore any questioned you ask them and refuse to pass you onto a supervisor, I will not buy another Hyundai machine if this is there after sales customer service, marked them one as zero not an option

Steer clear from this company. Very deceitful. Two jet washes. First pump broke. Second, two days to start, then failed. Cost me money for return and loss of fuel and oil x2. Company pretends to be professional. Will not communicate. Recognises your phone number and blocks. I opened dispute - "Item not fit for purpose" Next step, trading standards.

Bought the hp530 spe cost over 400 pounds the gearbox has failed i have now been waiting 5 weeks to get this sorted no replys from Josh to when the part will be delivered originally stated 1-5 working days 4 weeks ago tried phoning them the phone lines are down i feel I'm being ignored now shocking service was going to use again to buy a petrol srimmer and chainsaw but not now i will be speaking to trading standards over this

I have given 1 star for service as 0 isn't an option. Bought Hyundai Lawnmower in June, Broke in July, argued for 6 weeks about replacement. Agreed in September to take lawnmower back in with full refund as they wouldn't replace it?: Numerous requests for refund over 10 weeks, still no refund. Will probably need to go to small claims court procedure. TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered a petrol lawnmower and in just 24 hrs later ...everything arrived.Assembled the mower in 5 mins,prepped and started 1st time ,cut the grass in a large garden perfectly? Nothing to complain about perfect so far.

I recently purchased a Hyundai pressure washer from Genpower and this was duly delivered to my home. However, I could not get the machine to pump water. When I called customer services, they said the machine needed at least 14l of water a minute. I'm on a mains water supply, with decent pressure but when I measured it we only achieved 7l a minute. I called Genpower asking to return the pressure washer under distance selling regulations, as it was less than the 14 days. I paid for the £49.95 large/heavy courier return, but they deducted £130.00 "restocking" charge from the refund. When I called to query this, the rep wasn't interested in my concerns it was more of a "that's what the computer says" attitude. I contacted Pembrokeshire Trading Standards over the matter, and they stated Genpower were breaking the law with a blanket 25% restocking charge in all circumstances. It is something trading standards will be taking up with Genpower. So I'm the best part of £200.00 down, and Genpower doesn't care. Like I said in the title, the is the WORST experience I have ever experienced with an online retailer. The only option I have now, which I will be taking, is to pursue Genpower through the small claims courts and file a civil action for unfair/excessive restocking charges.

I bought a Healthway air purifier / had a fault / also a horrible smell. They collected it quickly they received 15/05 2019 / however the refund did not happen / got it via paypal today 7/06 /2019. I always pay by paypal who usually sort out any problemds however bad the seller.

I bought the Hyundai HYC 6220 62cc Pro Chainsaw back in October 2018 to use whilst my other very well known brand was in for repair. Delivery was very quick, within 2 days from when i ordered from Genpower, so was impressed with that, A good start. I opened the box with entripidation, not knowing what to expect from a low price chainsaw. Oh how wrong am i on that score, straight out of the box it felt Robust and fit to handle anything, (Im a Professional Arborist, so my saws get used a lot). Its now April 2019, and now that the saw is properly bedded in, its a Joy to use, Its my Go To Mid Range Saw and for Small Tree Felling. It has a realy good Power to Weight advantage and has Loads of Power that doesnt take long to fully get going, I can use this All Day with no drop in reliability or power etc, I have even used this high up in a Tree with very surprising results.. As a result of this Very Good Chainsaw, i have recently bought their Garden Multi Tool, I havn't used that yet but have high hopes of its usefulness and reliability. Will do a review of that in a few months.

I purchased a HYMT5200 Hyundai HYMT5200 52cc Petrol Garden Multi Function Tool system from a a Genpower distributor and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to unpack it for nearly four months. When setting the equipment up I discovered that the starter cord unit casing was broken making the machine unusable. I am pretty sure this breakage was due to the shipping company. I wrote to the supplier and Genpower including a photograph and explained the problem I had. Genpower immediately got in touch and shipped a replacement part to me at no charge. I have since had several discussions with the service department and every time they have been extremely supportive and helpful. I cannot praise highly enough the quality and fast response I have received.

Dreadful service they had my Hyundai for 4 weeks and returned it without fixing it Now waiting weeks for them to pick up to have another attempt Dreadful service as this is warranty claim
