“Good variety of items available. Pre-owned phonen was like new and had all accessories needed, even supplied with a good glass screen protector and phone cover. Great place to source and get tech.”

“I was unfortunate enough to order an iPad when the country was still coming to grips with Brexit, so a delivery time ended up at almost four weeks. However, when the iPad arrived it was perfect, one very happy wife. GetTach did let me know on a weekly basis as to the status of the order.”

“Very happy with my Get Tech purchase, my only complaint was if you register account after purchasing an item it will not recognize your item has been processed so you can't track parcel, apart from that issue I'd definitely use them in the future”

“Iphone 8 Plus ordered for my wife as a gift. Phone was in perfect physical condition and delivered quickly . However the phone appeared to have a software issue when powered up and displayed fault with touch pad .Get Tech Support replied quickly when contacted and phone had to be returned. After about a week and several emails to Support I received a new phone in perfect condition and working order. Overall impression was very satisfactory service.”

“Great phone, works well. Ordering was easy and although delivery wasn't next day (but what is these days) it arrived quickly. Two issues: - Delivery person just rang the bell and left it on the step, not waiting. We live in a city centre. It was easy to steal. I'll probably buy from them again but will hesitate if its delivery and expensive. This doesn't happen with other delivery companies. - They charge extra for the phone brand's packaging. I got standard. Would be good if the standard package was paper or cardboard, not cellophane and foam. Otherwise, very happy!”

“Phone arrived very quickly.The Phone itself was in good nick but did have some scuffs and damage around the camera lens but it doesn't seem to affect the lens. This is my second time ordering from Get Tech, I would recommend.”

“It is always worrying to order something « refurbished » but as usual everything was (almost) perfect. We can see written « brand new battery » when you order. I was then happy to get this but the day that I received my phone, I checked and I saw « battery 95% capacity » which mean that it is not new... it is ok, because the phone is really great and the autonomy as well but it is a little lie anyway.”

“The phone feels and does look brand new. The phone has performed really well and was definitely worth the purchase. The issue I have is that there is a small deep scratch in the top right of the phone by the camera it is small but noticeable. I would expect something like this by buying a second hand phone so it hasn't upset me about the purchase at all”

“This is my second time ordering a phone from GetTech, this one i purchased as a Santy gift for my son. It looked perfect except for a noticeable scratch on bottom right hand corner. Just hoping he doesn’t notice on Christmas Day. Bit disappointed but as I signed up to get a refurbished phone I guess you have to take your chances.”
