“Delivery service is ridiculous, ordered and paid for on Tuesday (a week ago) only picked up by courier yesterday. So much for having it to give as a gift, courier has had it on them all day and it still hasn't arrived. Won't bother buying from you again, disappointing all round. I did email last week but never received a reply.”
“Bought a $370 toothbrush. It was faulty. Tamara replied then took weeks to get back to me again. She then advised they no longer have the brush I ordered and I could only get store credit. She stopped making contact with me after taking an extra $9 for shipping of the new brush she couldn’t send out. I ended up contacting Philips directly and they are sending me out a ne brush. Terrible customer service, don’t answer there phone and don’t want to assist but happy to keep your money. Will not shop here again”
“I bought a charger for my shaver that took more than a month to get to my hands 😐 first, couriers fault I suppose, but then, after the couriers told me they sent it back and had to pay another delivery, they won't answer neither my phone calls or emails 🤷♂️ in the end I got it and works, which is important, but such a long wait for a charger that I need on a daily basis, kinda left me with a bittersweet feeling.
Only store that I could find it so greatly appreciated it what they do, but I would had been much happier having it sooner.”

I have left 5 telephone messages and sent 4 emails and still no reply from either Tamara or her husband.
I am a retiree on a pension and have paid $148.00 for this order and cannot afford to pay again.
All I am asking is for them to get back to me and tell me where my order is.”
