“Customer service is great. 10 out of 10! I could not ask for a better travel agency to book my travel. All my flight-related queries and concerns are immediately catered to especially by Kevin Walker. he is really patient in attending to your questions. I am very thankful to his especially with how promptly he responses and explains the situation. I hope they keep the quality of their customer service because it makes the difference among other travel agencies. Great customer service means great future for the agency. Two thumbs up!”

“Freddy gave a good price for the ticket, it was £15 more than what I was paying online but £45 cheaper than the initial price price he said when I first told him the dates!”

“I called Getaflight and within minutes Richard (Neeson) picked up and was able to send my ticket and provide further help with another enquiry I had. Honestly, I felt confident with my first purchase with this company and Richard was exceptional. The call lasted 10 minutes and I got everything I needed.
