“having difficulty with booking due to airline not communicating well with me. Called Richard Neeson at Getaflight and within a few minutes he solved everything and went over all details of flight, check in etc. Very professional and helpful and eased my anxiety over my flight. Highly recommend.”

“I booked flights to Canada, but there was a problem with issuing the ticket. All the members of staff I spoke to were very helpful and answered all of my questions, and the issue was resolved promptly. Really good customer service. Having not used Get-a-Flight before, I didn't know what to expect, but I have been very pleasantly surprised.”

“I made two mistakes on my booking and rather than having to start all over again, Kevin texted me from Getaflight asking if I needed help. He managed to change my bag problems and a name I had inputted wrong in a matter of minutes everything was sorted and booking confirmed. Fantastic service can’t thank him enough. 😊😎.”
