“Recently booked a flight from Birmingham to Sri lanka. Then received a phone call from someone who apparently works for get a flight, who told me the flight was pretty full so I'd have to pay another several hundred pounds on top of the price of the advertised price of the flight to secure my booking. To which I then cancelled because it seems a bit of a scam.”

“I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I bought two tickets for myself and my daughter, who was on vacation from school in the summer of 2022. I received confirmation of the purchase by email and realized that there was a mistake in my last name. I immediately informed the company, but the correction was not made. When I arrived at the airport, they did not let me board due to the problem. I called Get a Flight from the airport and the employee told me that they could not help me. I had a broken arm due to a work accident a week before the trip. And with my minor daughter with me. It was a horrible nightmare. We were abandoned at the airport. I tried to call Get a Flight again and the employee started laughing at us, enjoying our suffering. It was horrible, we had to look for a bus to go back to Newport. We arrived home at 3:00 in the morning.....”
