“I would just like to say thank you to Richard for being so helpful I was panicking because I had nit received my confirmation email to say flights had been booked. He in formed me that my email was incorrect instead if Hotmail I put gmail.co.uk he amended straight away and I got my confirmation so thank you Richard”
