“PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! LOOK AT GOOGLE REVIEWS, HOW THEY HAVE THIS RATING IS BEYOND ME Guys please listen to the reviews, these guys are really that bad and I want people to know about it, it's caused alot of stress for me and my partner as we are making a move to Dubai. We booked flights from Birmingham to Dubai and I received an email saying my flight was cancelled (due to operational reasons) I was then told I will be charged £75pp extra to book another flight, which they cancelled!! Not only that, we were also told that we wouldn't be receiving a full refund as there is admin fee. I went through their TC's on website and none of these charges are mentioned, also the direct airline will be refunding the full amount!! It actually states in their TC's that if your flight is cancelled then there isn't any extra costs to change. PLEASE don't use the customer service is shocking, they are obviously trying to take everyone's money - This guys won't last that long and tbh it's shocking on what they are doing. I will be fighting this and taking it all the way as companies like this shouldn't be getting away with this.”

“worst experience ever! They canceled my tickets without telling me! I found it out 3 days before departure and had to pay 200 pounds more to buy new flights. Horrible website and they should be shut down to be honest.”

“i had an emergency and had to go back to my country in vain the price was extremely expensive i spoke to a gentleman from getaflight she was nancy y oung. she is an angel she gave me the cheapest price as possible and i am back home now. god bless you for helping me during the tough time”

“Oscar was great and very professional!! Thanks Oscar :-) , I had to make changes to my flights which were cancelled due to COVID, he made things so easy for me and made the date changes very Fast, I will recommend Oskar and Getaflght to my friends and relatives too, they are just Awesome with their Customer Service and cheapest flights , I will continue using them :-)”

“I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked flights with them 13 months ago. When the flights, costing over £500, were cancelled, they repeatedly misrepresented to me that my only options were a full cost airline voucher or a partial cash refund. This is not the case- I am legally entitled to a full cash refund for the flight cancellation. Multiple emails ignored. Eventually they purported to have changed their minds and agreed that I should, and would shortly, get a full refund... That was back in October 2020. More than 8 months after my flights were confirmed as cancelled, and I haven't seen a penny refund. I cannot believe any 5* reviews, this is an absolutely terrible company who simply ignores the law and hopes that mistreated customers will fade away. I would give them 0* if I could.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bad customer service, and they are just there to rip you off! £350 for cancelling a ticket, even a month in advance! Also, when changing date, they charge you for only 'FARE DIFFERENCE' which is almost half of your actual ticket! Ridiculous!”

“Can I give negative stars? They are fraud because of two reasons: 1. They are charging double (£300/person) cancellation fee wherelse airline cancellation fee is £150 for any number of passengers on same pnr. 2. They are unclear about rescheduling charges and do not give proper break up for the same which is not transparent and fraud. Really disappointed with their service, not coming back to them in future.”

“The worst company ever!! I wish I could give them 0 star, I booked a flight to Pakistan from get a flight and after 2 days I cancelled my flight as I had to stay in Dubai on my return and Dubai is on travel ban list. Never use this company. Lady used her name as Nancy which i know is a fake name. And said they charge 75 pound cancellation charges and even said I will get my refund in 12 to 15 weeks. I have read many bad things about them I will wait for a week and call Emirates if they try to hold my money I will get legal help to get my money back. Rude, unprofessional scammers. Please please stay away from this company.”

“*DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY* these 5 star reviews can’t be genuine. I booked a trip to dubai, in January. My flights got cancelled and changed without me knowing so I had to change my hotel booking to which booking.com understood and luckily didn’t charge me anymore for changing my dates. I only knew about the change because I was super excited to check in and had noticed changes without even a email or a update phone call from the agency. They simply do not care aslong as they have you money. After that stressful moment of not even know knowing what day I was due back or even flying, I was told to ring emirates and was bounced back luckily I was in the uk and calls were free to make. Anyway I was in dubia when the government cancelled direct flights to Manchester not the agency fault but however. I called up to be told will call back in 30 mins no call back till this day, I called back to be then told wait 24 hours. They told me to ring emirates as there was no flights available and being told it will be two weeks for flights to resume for connecting flights as this was the only way back Emirates told me flights were available. Agency told me emirates are wrong. Ringing back and forth they finally told me the truth and replied with we can get you the same flight but you will have to pay extra. Or cancel the flight we can give you some money which was totally about 75 pounds. A new ticket was £450 where does that make any sense to do. After ringing back and forth finally emirates who I didn’t even book through sorted me flight out including connecting flight and luggage with no extra charges. This company is absolutely useless. My advise would be spend the extra 20-30 or even £100 to go with a another agency or go direct. The stress they cause is not worth it. Im still shocked in 2021 customer are being treated like this. The amount of times I’ve heard my name is Oscar ask for me I will help you directly but that’s is absolute nothing but a lie. I will contact the supplier and call you back in 30 mins. Still no call back. Guys this is a genuine feedback. I do not usually write up about my experience but I would not want anyone else to go through what I did stuck out in dubai. If you look at the reviews nothing seems genuine at all. They genuine do not care about your position or situation. Emirates took on board my whole situation even though I didn’t book directly through them. I was very lucky I wasn’t massively out of pocket. Please do not go near these guys even if it’s a saving of £100 pounds.”
