“Service to book tickets was quick. It was reassuring that the agent, Freddy, called to confirm that I had my emails he sent to confirm my bookings etc. Freddy was extremely helpful and patient. I definitely appreciated this and will be booking again. Thank you very much Freddy for your help.”

“Richard Neeson was tremendously helpful. I wanted to extend a flight after Thailand changed the entry requirements. In the end, Thai airways would not let me but Richard went out of his way to try and make it happen.”
