“I dealt with Richard Neeson who was fantastic our flights had been changed from direct to a layover and I was stressed due to the fact we are travelling with an infant. Richard was sooo helpful and made the whole process stress free in order for us to get our flights changed and called me back multiple times to ensure all the details and changes were ok.”
