“Love the bed, well made and sturdy. Two people able to assemble in around an hour. Customer service were responsive and helpful. Really pleased with our choice to purchase from Get Laid”

“Bed arrived on time, looks like on the images on-line, looks reasonably well made. The frame is too big for a standard king mattress, and there are gaps through which slats are seen on both sides . This is a rather disappointing. The mattress is bang on 150cm width, and the bed is 160 cm. Vexing.”

“Decent quality bed easy to assemble and delivered on time, my only complaint was the courier, who left the flatpack outside in the rain refusing to help my wife lift it inside the front door. The pack was quite heavy and awkward and being small and not very strong my wife who was at home alone struggled to move it indoors a distance of 3 metres and up 2 steps. The courier excused himself with, not my job, maybe not, but 2 minutes of help would have gone a long way. Cant fault the bed though well made and looks good.”

“Bed delivered with incorrect parts, still waiting for the correct parts to be delivered. Customer service have been helpful but slow to respond. Currently unclear how long the issue will take to resolve.”

“Excellent product and delivery - a very good quality product with no obvious defects. The only gripe I have is that their instruction booklets need some serious attention, this could be a five-star product were it not for the poorly worded/designed booklet. Everything else was really impressive, so it's a shame this one area isn't to the same standard.”

“WOW!!! What a fantastic product. I purchased a bed my golden retriever. Honestly, the quality is superb. It will last forever. Great mattress. Customer service excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way. Also , the delivery service was great they also kept me informed and were very professional. Thank you all .”

“Efficient delivery and a good quality bed! Was disappointed that despite it being an option on the website there isn't any weekend delivery – it meant that I needed to order for several weeks ahead so that I could find a day to work from home. As I was unable to guarantee parking I opted to assemble the bed myself – although it was technically possible without an electric screwdriver I wouldn't recommend it as it was extremely challenging! Now that the bed is together though it looks great.”

“I am missing important parts to make by bed as an ottoman. I have tried to have these sent to me to no avail. Also there are missing holes to add the strap the lift the bed. Very poor customer service and left with just wood!!!”

“Recently bought ottoman bed - double. We have a 38cm mattress so time will tell if the ottoman bed can withstand this. I've noticed the ottoman bed doesn't stay up and first when it's lifted, but does if I persist? There's no mention of maximum weight or mattress thickness so I thought it would be okay. Let's see..”

“Purchased a Low Tokyo bed. Very good quality, solid wood and solid design, and I like the fact that each piece is ever so slightly different due to the hand-made construction. However I need to also mention that driving the long screws in for the assembly of the main body is hard work - you need good tools!”

“Delivery was smooth and arrived as expected. Assembly was OK - two of us. I didnt read the instructions carefully and didn't put the biscuits in so had to undo it all completely - my fault. So it took about two hours - would have been one without the mistake. I had to drop a star because the was a bit of slight damage to it but not enough for me to be bothered to wait for a replacement bit.”

“Bought 2 mattresses. They are really comfortable to sleep on. Customer service in the showroom and on the phone was amazing. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend the mattresses. The Delivery Team was however disappointing . I thought the price for just delivering a mattress was too expensive- this was made worse with delivery men not wearing overshoes or taking their shoes off and soiling my new beige carpet on the stairs.”

“All I can say is I'm over the moon.!! Over the moon with, the speed, efficiency, the call centre,and the website ( brilliant touch with the 3D photo that you can view different woods for bed frames) I'm over the moon with the price for this beautiful handmade frame..it really is so nice ,I keep going into the bedroom to have another look.. The slats are brilliant,larger ,thicker than I've seen before,, really sturdy ..the carved wood headboard and legs are super nice. I've recommended to my friends already. I'm also over the moon with the delivery and assembly guys, fast job!! Pete and Brody were our chaps... you can tell they love the job ,which is good. Really respectful, friendly and informative on the warranty and other things. Nothing left behind either,all packaging removed. If / when I change our other bed I will definitely not hesitate to use GLB. Thanks so much.”
