“Great selection of really nice beds, ordering process was super easy and being able to customise with different finishes/legs etc if wanted was a real bonus. Was overall very impressed with the whole thing and will definitely shop with them again in the future.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for review. We are sorry that your expectations were not met in regards to the response times from the customer service team. This has been looked into and they have been found to be within expectations during busy times. Sending multiple emails will have delayed our response to you as we work in date order. Your initial issue has been discussed and has been found to be a misunderstanding of the design and assembly of the bed, however we are sending out longer central rail for you to ensure you are happy with your frame and we have offered to assist further if you require it after assembling the new item. “utter rubbish - looks nothing like the sample. TWICE. They re-sent, and the second bed looks just like the first - a totally different colour than the original sample. Pretty rubbish for a £600 bed. Will be sending it back....again.”

“We were looking for a painted wooden bed and couldn’t find anything in the big furniture stores at a reasonable price, not only are Get Laid Beds well priced but they are made in England. The hardest part was choosing from their many designs. Customer service prior to purchase was excellent as we had a few questions on the design. White glove delivery was brilliant and highly recommended. We chose self assembly which took less than 30mins.”

“Not happy with size of bed as it is too small for a standard double mattress and shouldn't have been sold as a standard double. Then customer service informed me I would have to pay to return it. Very disappointed.”

With the space saver ottoman frame the mattress will over hang as described on the dimensions provided. “Very happy with our bed and mattress. Delivery was smooth taken upstairs for us which was appreciated. Build instructions could definitely be better in places, but overall went ok. Bed looks great and very sturdy.”

“The bed and mattress are good quality and arrived on time. The delivery operatives were friendly, however, in their haste to deliver quickly, one of them tried to carry too much up the stairs in one journey and knocked two pieces of plaster from the corner of the pillar at the base of the stairs - the staircase had just been decorated a month ago.”

“Really pleased with our new bed - Simple delivery in parts to enable us to build in the bedroom as we have a listed cottage with tight stairs. We were kept updated and delivery was on time. Well made and attractive, it has provided us with a better nights sleep than our previous bed and look forward to many more sleeps!😄”

“Only had the bed a few days so can’t comment on durability but it certainly feels durable! Very very sturdy bed, you can tell it’s very good quality wood. The bed fit together incredibly easily and I was surprised at how few screws it needed. No annoying fixtures or other bits to loose and puzzle together. I didn’t buy drawers but I can fit way more underneath it than I thought too. Double what I could under my last bed. I did a lot of searching before deciding on this bed and I know now it was well worth the price.”
