“We now have 5 of their beds! Really like the fact that they offer the build service…. me and my husband had to do one of them in lockdown and it did take us ages….whereas the delivery guys so efficient! Have recommended to all our family so that’s another 6 beds.”

“Chose and ordered everything online, chose my delivery date, everything delivered on time, as promised, bed is very sturdy and took no longer than an hour to put together. Very pleased with the purchase.”

“Really disappointed. Arrived with missing screws and some components just don't fit as they should. Bed also creaks so loudly that it wakes my newborn up every time I come to bed. Two stars is actually a bit generous for what is actually quite a poor product.”

“We ordered 2 made-to-measure beds. A very helpful lady explained the process and how to order online. The beds were delivered on time and had a good tracking facility. The only slight negative was that some of the slats had not been pre-drilled, but it wasn't a great problem. Overall, excellent product and service - would recommend.”

“I love the quality of this bed and the recycled/recyclable packaging. The ottoman bed was pretty straightforward to put together, but if I had to suggest one way to improve the service, it would be to have an instructive video of assembly on your site. Overall, this handmade bed is of wonderful quality and looks brilliant in the bedroom. all correspondence with G L B was excellent too”

“We visited the showroom in Leicester and chose an Oxford standard double. The sales woman was friendly and supportive but not pushy at all. Our bed was delivered on time in perfect condition and assembly was straightforward. Do use an electric screwdriver though to avoid blisters! Great service, great product, good price. Would highly recommend / buy again.”

“The bed looks great and of superb quality. We had ours delivered partly constructed and finishing off the job was really straightforward. Delivery also was excellent with great communication and the guy who delivered it, Peter, was really lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“Craftsmanship is outstanding and the wood is not much VOCs. Yet quite a few numbers of slats of the base comes with crack. And there is always cracking sound in the bed frame when we lay down on the mattress after fully assemble. As the assemble guide were unclear, I have difficulty to confirm where should I mount the hinge on the side rails. There was also no marking / pre drilled holes to indicate where to install. I searched youtube and official website FAQ section but nothing helped. Finally we made a call to CS team and the representative give a measurement, marked on the image, send back and solved my problem. If there is a more clear walkthrough video / instruction manual / FAQ will be a lot easier .”

“We purchased a bed, but unfortunately it could not be delivered. Whilst customer support were very helpful, the inability to specify a delivery window made (and still makes) it challenging for us to actually get the thing we've paid for. It looks like we won't get the bed for another two weeks and even then, it's not certain they will be able to deliver it again.”

We are sorry that on the day of your delivery the road restrictions worked against us. Sadly we are unable to manipulate the delivery times, offer set arrival times to choose or know in advance what time precisely the arrival will be due to many outside factors on the day. ( traffic, cancellations etc). We can only offer an estimated arrival time. A new delivery date was arranged for 4 days later unfortunately you were not available for that date and we have made arrangements for the very next suitable available delivery date in your area. This will be the soonest we would know the confirmed van that will be delivering your items. Please be aware we can not know if there will be any vehicle changes that may happen on the day.
