“The frame looks nice, but the overall structural design is not the best. Some holes are not aligned, and the metallic pieces of the header make it difficult to place the bed next to a wall, as it will scratch it. After this, I am not inclined to recommend this brand.”

“Bed is excellent, looks great, very sturdy and even smells nice. Delivery was on time and they gave me plenty of updates so no complaints. I would say the instructions were a little hard to read and it wasn’t obvious where to find them as I had 5 boxes of wood to sort through. Still a very minor issue with an otherwise prefect bed!”

“Great service from start to finish, delivery was great and the bed is incredible quality and looks exactly like the picture. Love the feature of the clip on bedside table as my spare room is small and it allows guests to clip it on before they go to bed for charging their phone etc. Such an amazing feature, cannot recommend enough.”

“The frames are well made but did not come with appropriate instructions, even our carpenter struggled. Also, the mattress (firm) is comfortable once you are lying on it, but the edges are curiously so soft they feel unsupported; they almost collapse under you if you sit on the edge. I thought I ordered the same mattress as last time, maybe the manufacturing has changed.”

“Unfortunately the furniture is disappointing. Dents and marks a poor paint job. The shelf has a split. Instructions for the bed were incorrect and a nightmare to follow. On the delivery day the shelf and screws for ladder shelf’s were missing and a second delivery had to be made. Not at all impressed at this price range as I might as well have gone to ikea. I would have got a better product.”

“really easy assembly and shipped and delivered on time. I loved the updates on the process of it being made to, felt very informed. When the bed frame arrived it was easy to assemble and it excellent condition. It feels like excellent quality and looks great in our room.”

“The review won’t be good, so I will keep it short. The order follow up is good. The mattress is good. That’s it. The frame is just a joke but you might know it already. The frame is a scam honestly. Unfortunately I won’t be promoting your company in great. What else I can say?”

“Happy overall, but expected slightly better for the price. No problems with delivery or timescales. Building was fairly straightforward if you're that way inclined, but some of the instructions were misleading (and one step we actively decided to do the opposite of what it seemed to be suggesting). Also not helped by the fact the instructions were for a slightly different bed than mine! Was also very glad I had a friend with power tools to help me, would have been a much harder job by hand. Disappointed that there were some scuffs and a gauge out of the headboard on both sides. Know it's a natural, handmade product, but feels like that damage could have been avoided. Was also disappointed at the gap between the slats, ended up having to put them about 7.5/8cm apart to space them out evenly across the base, which is a bigger gap than recommended for most mattresses. Partly my fault because I'd misunderstood the section of the website talking about their "better than industry standard" slats, but still... Overall, looks good, so far functions as you'd expect. But not sure I'd buy again for the price”
