“I am very please with my overall experience with my Japanese Storage Bed in Honey stain. The color was a perfect match as to what is depicted in the online photos. The storage space is quite large and the detachable side table is a great touch. I was a little worried the height of the bed would be too short, but it ended up being perfect. Very happy with my purchase!”

“Arrived as agreed and very happy with it, especially for the price - we'd been traipsing around town looking in various bed shops and couldn't find anything in our price range that seemed at all decent. We got an Oxford bed on offer and we're really impressed with how great it looks, and it cost less than some of the rubbish we'd seen in town. Only minor quibble is that the instructions explained how to screw together the headboard, which already arrived assembled, and it suggested we'd need more screws than the amount that came with the bed which was initially a bit confusing. As the headboard was pre-assembled the number of screws was right. Also some of the slats came with pre-drilled holes, but the holes were too far in so they didn't align with where the screws needed to go in, so I just ignored the holes and screwed in the screws in the right place. Not a problem for me but I can imagine that confusing someone - hardly worth a star off though so consider this a 4.5 rounded up!”

“This bed is so sturdy and squeak free! We were amassed at how solid it is despite being so easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Amazing value for money! We went for the grey stain and it’s beautiful.”

“Fantastic, cannot fault it. We were moving in to the attic bedroom and our devan base couldnt go up the stairs so needed something new. We wanted to have a headboard but every bed we found that came flat packed the headboard was not. We almost gave up until i found ‘get laid beds’ i spoke to someone on their chat (Michelle) and explained our predicament. She explained the bed came completely flat packed for assembly - perfect. Delivery was great, chose the day and super simple. During the pandemic ive had a nightmare ordering furniture and getting things delivered, i have to say this is by far the best delivery service ive encountered - even before covid. The bed was exactly what we were after! I love how much say you have over the features - from slats to legs. The bed was incredibly easy to put together and is completely solid. Instructions 1000% easier to follow than a certain Swedish store. The bed is very comfortable! I was concerned wooden beds tend to be squeaky, but so far so good! And i love the attention to detail, the screws arrived in a branded pouch. Couldnt fault them, have even recommended them to a friends and family. **I got the Oxford Bed in King.”

“The most horrible experience a customer can have with regards to delivery of Get Laid Beds. I ordered a bed for our new home from Get Laid Beds, on 28-Mar-2021, with a delivery for 04-May-2021. But for some reason the bed got delivered on 01-May-2021 and the parts were left outside our house without any message by the delivery company, Tuffnells. Also, out of a total of 6 boxes, 5 were delivered but 1 was missing and not delivered. There was no photograph taken of the parts that were delivered at my house, which is normally the case with deliveries. So there was no evidence of what was sent by Get Laid Beds nor by Tuffnells. On 04-May-2021, I called Get Laid Beds to check my order status, and I was told that my order was delivered successfully. When I told it was not the case and that a part was missing, they started investigating. In this case, they said they can't do anything since it was delivered by Tuffnells, so they decided to check with Tuffnells and see what could be done. I didn't get any update on 04-May-2021. On 05-May-2021 I called Get Laid Beds again asking for an update, and they informed me that Tuffnells are yet to investigate and come back. So I waited till the evening and received a call saying Tuffnells lost the part that was missing from my delivery. At this point in time, I was given an option to take a photo of the parts at my home and send them an email based on which they would order a replacement for the missing part. Bear in mind, these are made to order beds, so I am potentially looking at anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks or even more. The second option was for a full refund and they would collect the parts from my home, verify everything was present and then issue a refund. Interestingly, and this is where it struck me the most, they are very reactive when it comes to delivery but very proactive when it comes to collection of orders from customers home. The reason I say this is because, during the delivery phase they don't ask Tuffnells for an update or photographic evidence or confirm if it was delivered. I received no emails confirming the order was delivered nor for any feedback, which is normally the case with any other provider. In the collection phase they would contact Tuffnells, make sure the items were picked up from my home, make sure its on the way to their depot and then verify the parts. It feels like, for a brand built on good quality beds, their customer service is just BLAH!!! All I was offered was a full refund and an apology from their staff, for no fault of hers. Not even a senior staff called me to assure they would improve the process, nor did they offer any apology regarding the frustration I went through. Now I am very uncertain if anyone is trying to order beds from them, since I am not sure what will be delivered and in what condition. So please be very very cautious. Get Laid Beds will only offer any support once you contact them and nothing before. Very very reactive organisation. The whole experience has left me very frustrated and bitter.”

“I was very impressed with the service from Get Laid Beds. To start with, I requested some samples of the different finishes and they were sent out extremely promptly. Once I had chosen my Deco bed, the ordering process was very easy. The only thing I would improve is for them to send a 'your delivery is on its way' email a couple of days beforehand, because I was getting concerned that the deadline was approaching, but I hadn't heard anything from them since the email received at the time of ordering. It was no problem though - they confirmed the night before and stuck to the timings they had given. The bed itself is extremely high quality. It had a lovely aroma of wood when it arrived. It's very well made and good and solid. We had a slight issue with the headboard being a bit higher than it should have been, but this was easily remedied and we are very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again. Despite the name! (But at least it's memorable!!!)”

“I am an interior designer and home stylist. Get Laid Beds caught my eye a while ago as they have a good range of options, use natural materials and their workshop based in UK which was essential for COVID times. We have ordered a Loft Bed for a little girl who wanted a bunk bed with a reading corner underneath. The high sleeper loft bed was perfect for this project since it comes in 4 different sizes and you can go as generous as double size if you need more space for a wiggly sleeper or wish to install a proper size desk under the bed. We opted for Petit Double that is spacious enough even for an adult and has room for a small writing desk. The quality of this bed is of a very high standard and it looks very stylish in the room.”

“I am a customer from the USA. It is a very bad experiences to purchase a bed from this company. We received a package with damaged products inside. Those damage is not because of shipping. They are damaged because of bad quality in product production. In another word, the bad technique in making assembling furniture. The "holes" for screw spike are not well matched between different parts. Is it possible for your facture in better quality control? The assembling instruction and pictures are very unclear, which is written in a elementary school level. The technical support and customer service is even worse, I have tried to communicate with them many times with email. They just promised you a moon saying the problem would be solved. Unfortunately, their system cannot even show a picture I sent in a proper way. Well, I could only write a review here and show those broken picture to everyone who is going to buy this bed. I am also waiting here to see when the service team is coming to solve this problem. Maybe I will ask my lawyer to send a letter to them and ask my money back !”
