“My 1000 spring mattress is unbelievably comfy. You sink into the pillowy top but are held up by the springs underneath. Highly recommend. We keep sleeping past our alarm clock, which NEVER happened on the old mattress. Delivery was on time, handled with care and easy to track. After doing lots of research I think this price is great compared to the competition. I found lots of companies didn't even tell you the spring count. I'm happy I have a product I know will last, with some care to the environment paid.”

“My delivery came a few days early. The quality of the wood is outstanding. The customer support is very good as I emailed a few times before and after placing my order. Highly recommend! I would definitly order from this company again.”

“Long story short, they try to send you cheaper wood then you ordered in a way to scame unknowing customers, then if you try and return it they try and take money out of the money you send cause you "changed your mind". BIG SCAM.”

“Customer service told me to throw the bed away because they will not issue a refund. That is the value this company places on its own products. If you don't like it, just throw it away. That should tell you something. From customer service: "You do not have to ship anything back to us. We cannot offer a refund so please do dispose of the frame yourself." They just ship you a bunch of pieces of beat up, inconsistently measured and damaged wood in many separate packages with no instructions or tools. If you’re a skilled enough carpenter to "assemble" this and already own your own industrial strength drill then you should just go buy some lumber and build a bed yourself, save a thousand bucks. They also offer to pay people for the positive reviews so don't be fooled!”

“Horrendous service. Lied about a cancelled assembly, would not offer a refund. Sent me multiple emails telling me to prepare for an assembly and on arrival it was cancelled with zero communication. The multiple emails I received told me to clear my house, buy parking permits. I was discouraged from complaining or escalating and cusomter service was extremely patronising, putting the blame entirely on me, and discouraging me to get a refund. Absolutely do not recommend”

“Very pleased with our 12 year old son’s new Shoreditch space saver bed. Perfect for his smaller room but with plenty of space for him to grow. Came exactly as ordered and staff helpful with providing colour samples prior to ordering. Easy built - he and his dad did it together in half an hour. His best friend (the dog) is also very happy on it when he is out at school”

“I used to sleep in a small kids cabin bed because my room is a box room and anything bigger would take up so much space! I decided it was time to get a loft bed and make use of the under bed space - no other bed company made a customisable loft bed for adults like Get Laid Beds and the customer service were helpful answering my questions. I got a small double which is the PERFECT size for me. I also ordered a matching mattress with it. Just little things like making the edges curved and the fact that you can see and feel the wood grains through the white paint - it really gives the bed a more high-end feel. I was able to make an under-bed wardrobe and have the rest of the space open for walking and meditating while working from home. The delivery man was friendly and, although I couldn’t get the assembly service due to the sudden lockdown, the customer service team were helpful when sorting out an earlier delivery date. Although this is originally a kids bed, it definitely can work for an adult, too.”

“We ordered a European Double London bed for our very tall teenage son, it arrived on time and was very easy for us to assemble ourselves. It’s perfect for him and he actually gets up earlier now as he’s sleeping so well!”

“I had no idea i could buy a bed from England and have it arrive promptly and flawless! We were looking for a Queen bed with a "guest bed" underneath. Could never find the right one until we came across Get Laid Beds. We thought it would take months to make and arrive in California, but it was just like buying in the U.S.--it arrived within a few weeks. We were notified when they began to build the bed, when it was finished, and when it was shipped. That's pretty great! My husband assembled it (and he is not exactly the "do it yourself" project man), but he said it was easy!! We purchased the Kensington bed and they customized the size because of the guest bed, at no extra cost. The bed looks wonderful!! Very strong and sturdy!! We are so happy with the design, functionality, and our "english bed"!! We are so impressed with the company, service, and quality of the bed, we are ready to purchase another bed only King size now!! Thank you Get Laid Beds for advertising on the internet (with a 800 number) and making the purchase seamless!!”
