“Reliable driver and effective communication. The flight was delayed by an hour. I sent an email to gettransfer to let them know. I was told that everything was fine and that the driver and knew about the delay. A pleasant ride followed.”

“This is just a plain scam. Refunds are impossible, they hide behind the "User agreement" you have to agree to, but they don't follow it themselves and if you point that out they get very quiet.”

“The driver asked me to leave 10 minutes early because "I have another pickup after you". Not cool. The rest of the trip went fine. I was on a business call, and he turned off the radio for me. Also he helped to unload my luggage. Not a good start, but the driver improved over the course of the trip.”

“We booked a transfer from Bali airport to our hotel. Unfortunately our first flight was delayed, so we missed our connecting flight. I E mailed as soon as we knew we were going to be delayed. I had 2 managers come back to me, saying they would connect the driver. The driver never came back to them saying he will collect us later. I then asked for a refund, they said the booking was non refundable. I would advise you to not book with them. Book via your hotel, it might be slightly more. But they will definitely be more flexible.”

“I has reserved a transfer for 4 people. The vehicle that arrived was an SUV that required three of us to climb into the back seat. Since two were woman in their 70s we didn't expect that. Thanks to driver Roberto for helping them get in! Will not hesistate to hire this this company again.”

“I've used gettransfer several times and always received a fantastic service. This transfer in Egypt was a rather dated Toyota Camry but it smelled clean and brand new. Respect to the driver for taking care of his car. For the price I paid, it was a great experience. We arrived at the airport safely and in good time. Highly recommend!”

“Booked the taxi via their website to travel from downtown BKLYN to JFK. The driver called me and told me location where he he would be arriving. Everything went fine and the driver was very nice and the car was clean and fresh despite the slush outside. I offered a tip but he declined. He opened the door for me when I was leaving. A big thank you.”

“You can trust Gettransfer. We had everything settled before our departure and despite a change in our arrival time, the driver was tracking the flight and waiting for us. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely book with them again next time we go to Portugal!”

“Arrived on time and clean tidy vehicles. The only slight issue was that entered the wrong flight time when I booked. I called and asked the customer support advisor to update it but it seems he didn't make the change. I contacted the driver directly and we arranged a new time between us. It was good that he agreed, although it was my mistake. Thank you Alvaro, you are my savior!”

“I recommend based on the price and the quality. I had no problem with the service, everything was fine. My flight times changed and I just used the chat to tell customer support. On the return trip there was no problem either, on time and we arrived at MIA safe and sound.”

“The confirmation of the ride came quickly with all the details of the driver. On the day itself the driver was 10 minutes ahead of schedule and so we got to the airport in very good time. The driver was friendly too.”
