Clean car and friendly drivers. The booking process is not all that intuitive for business clients as it is a little unclear initially where to find the accounting receipts. You need to make it easier to switch to a business account. The rest of the communication was excellent.

Did not disappoint in terms of price, cars and drivers. Each driver drove very carefully and safely was very attentive in driving and safety (no crazy driving on freeways or mountain roads). The only frustration was the route taken by the first driver, which involved a very slow and agonizing trip that ended up taking 25 minutes longer.

The driver was great. So was his car - spacious and clean. I can only complain about the communication at the airport. I called the driver myself to find out that he had already been waiting outside for 10 minutes.

The original driver cancelled the booking. We had to pay a surcharge of $12 for the replacement driver! So I wanted to give gettransfer 1 star. But the new driver Kadyr was wonderful. He was polite, smart and had a sign. He immediately took the luggage to the car - a new fiat egea.

Changing our booking for the transfer back to the airport was quite difficult. A big thank you to Marina who helped. The driver was very polite. Overall very good value for money. Thank you very much!

A great ride from Newark to Grand Central Terminal. The driver was waiting for me with a sign. The car was not new, but very clean with powerful air conditioning. 100% recommend.

While we were waiting for our luggage at Genoa Airport the driver wrote a bunch of messages. We had to wait for our bags for 35 minutes, but the driver was rushing us for some reason. On the other hand, he helped load the luggage and drove carefully.

I arrived at the airport with my 6-month-old baby but did not see my driver. I had to ask an employee to hold the baby in order to contact the driver. At least the baby seat was in place and in good condition. Expecting an upgrade for the return transfer.

It's easy to book a trip. Confirmation comes straight to your email and phone. BUT you can only make changes by contacting the support service - strange and not so convenient.

I couldn't find the driver at the airport in Dubai, and he didn't answer on the chat. I had to activate my SIM card which cost more. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 10% discount on the return trip.

My son's flight to Barcelona has been rescheduled and I have had to change several transfer bookings. It's quite inconvenient to do this via email. I think this process could be automated in the app to make life much easier.

The driver arrived on time and the car was good. However, the driver then got the hotels mixed up which added an extra 20 minutes to the journey. Had to open Google Maps to help.

The car smelled like a diaper from the previous passengers. Why didn't the driver spray some air freshener? We drove for 10 minutes with the windows open. Good thing it was relatively warm in Paris.

The driver was polite although he did not have a sign with our names on. When there are about 100 drivers waiting it was impossible to find him. Only managed to contact him after connecting to the internet. The ride was comfortable.

Right before the trip, the car I ordered broke down. I was surprised when another driver was waiting for in another car. Only after the trip did I see the notice in the email. All in all ok.

The prices pleasantly surprised me. The driver was helpful, but the car looked small. The second suitcase had to be put on the front seat but overall it was a positive experience thanks.

Reliable driver - waited for us even after our flight was delayed. But then he had to drive faster to get to the next passenger. Hopefully the return trip will be less stressful.

When we arrived at the airport in Rome, our driver was not there. He was 20 minutes late and did not speak English. Then I called gettransfer and they promised me a discount for the return trip.

The first driver was late and he drove too fast. In fact the flight to Barcelona was less tiring than the car ride. I wanted to give it 3 stars, but the return trip was perfect. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, was polite and professional.

The transfer went great. The driver met me on time. The problem was that I could not get receipts for the trip (needed at work). This is the first time I have experienced this. As it turned out, it was necessary to convert my personal profile to a business profile.
