“When our flight was postponed we sent a message to our driver, but received no response. So when we arrived we planned to take a local cab. Good thing my wife saw a man with a sign with our last name on it. It turned out the contacts in the reservation were out of date.”

“We waited a long time for our luggage. But we had another 20 minutes to spare when the driver contacted us to say that he would be leaving soon. It made us nervous. The rider to the center of Seville itself went well.”

“Transfer from Madrid airport to the villa. The car turned out to be smaller than we thought. Lucky for us (2 people) that our suitcases were not big. The driver was nice and neat.”

“Our flight to Dubai landed 20 minutes early and the driver was 15 minutes late. We waited at the airport for more than half an hour. P.S. After complaining to customer service we were given a voucher for the next trip.”

“The first driver was inattentive and did not help an elderly woman to get into the car. He also drove very quickly and the car was uncomfortable and outdated. The return transfer, on the other hand, was perfect.”

“Great service. But the last driver was a liitle disappointing. He didn't drive up to the hotel entrance, but parked 150 meters away. I had to ask a hotel employee to call him (the driver didn't speak English). The return trip went great, we got to the airport on time.”

“Nice ride from Verona airport to Val Gardena. But it was not so easy to find a driver because nobody waited for us with a sign. It's good that the booking showed the drive's full contact details. After the call we were met by a friendly driver, he helped my wife with her luggage (suitcase and snowboard). I recommend.”

“Good service for travelers. We used gettransfer.com to avoid dealing with the local cabs in Spain. We were a group of 4 people, and booked two cars due to a lot of luggage. Everything worked out just fine.”

“Almost perfect. The only problem was that I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I didn't have a reservation to show the driver. I wrote to support, within 5 minutes they sent me a confirmation via sms. But all the rest, very good.”

“Great service, clean cars and good drivers. My only complaint is about the pickup point from the airport. We had to walk 10 minutes to the car with my brother in a wheelchair. But the driver was very helpful getting him into the vehicle.”

“The transfer from Lagos airport was excellent. The driver came with a child seat as we requested. However, the return trip was a bit disappointing. The baby seat was dirty after the previous passengers. As a result, I had to hold my baby in my arms the whole way. After complaining to customer service, they gave me a 20 % discount for future trips. Other then that it was a smooth service.”

“We ordered a car twice in Malaga, from the airport and back. The first car was replaced, but I only got a notification in the email which was inconvenient as I rarely check my mail. But the return leg was perfect.”
