“Refuse to refund back to card, even after the trip being a month away and payment only being made yesterday. Insist on keeping it as 'credit' on the account. The most unhelpful customer service. I recommend using different transfer companies.”

“I don't know where to start... absolutely appalling. They cancelled our transfer mid air so we arrived in grenoble with 7 children and no way to get up the mountain. When I phoned them to help they didn't and told me to have a good day!”
