Do not use them whatever you do and read the user agreement! I booked a ride to the airport over two weeks ago and naturally paid straight up as you do. The trip was confirmed and I received the email with receipt. At first I was not able to contact the carrier and the number used was not working. I then spent the best part of two hours on the line with the get transfer team about it. I finally got in touch with the dispatcher for this so called trip and was assured everything was fine. Today, I sent a reminder to this person and was told the driver dropped the trip and to contact get transfer. Upon speaking to them again for the 100th time I was told that they would find someone else for me. I asked for a refund and they pretty much said they are unable to due to their user agreement and a whole lot of corporate rubbish! I now have to hopefully fight it with my card provider. They never have any issues taking your money but always have issues refunding it. Learn from my experience and don't use them!

Terrible service. I was informed that the carrier was not able to perform the transfer only three days before the departure date, putting me in bad trouble. I asked for a refund (200£) and I was told that the deposit was the only option they could offer due to the pandemic. This is mental. Terrible terrible service.

this company is big scum. we book with them from London to Stansted airport at 1:00pm. we received thanks for booking and the payment of £86. next day we call the customer service her name Anastasia, she said sorry the driver can't make it, we'll said you a voucher to us it next time. No refund until the virus is gone. my advice NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM

BEWARE OF THIS WBSITE! We were offered a service and after we paid for it they came back to is with almost a 40% increase in price and once we told them that we do not accept that price they would not return the funds they already took saying that they will give it as a refund to use on their website. Since they gave us no other option an in order for us not to mess up our holiday we said that we will accept the new offer but would need a guarantee for the purchase. The sales person was rude and just hung up the phone.

I am not happy get transfers have refused to refund my money does anyone know the route to complain this service. Too many people conned its fraud who do I complain to . I live in Ireland

The worst experience ever. I couldn't use my booking due to COVID. They refused to refund me the money offering deposit only. I waited 3 months and got back to them asking for refund now when the situation looks better, but they still keep my money and say that they will consider refund once pandemic situation ends (which might be years ahead). They are stealing the money and don't want to give it back. Thieves!

Refused to give a refund, even though their policy clearly states they would. The decision to give me a credit instead. Be aware of this. Thye will keep your money if you need to cancel. Just use another company. There are dozens of them that won't steal your money

I made a booking and cancelled well in advance 14 days prior due to Covid 19 . First they sent me an e mail saying I would be refunded within 30 calender days . I entered in words with them stating my contract with them had been broken according to their cancellation policy and they replied they were under no obligation to refund my money this is illegal and criminal any way a group of us can come together to challenge this non return of money

Appalling customer service , was promised a full refund if I had to cancel my trip , now told can’t have a refund only a credit for future trip . Having read other reviews .. that won’t be happening..Avoid! Avoid!Avoid !!!

i had the same experience as many others had described. I book a trip to Paris in March which cancelled due Covid-19. I was informed that i would receive a full refund for the 114 euros i prepaid if i cancelled within 48 hours. i cancelled within 2 weeks. Vladislav Baturin refuse to refund me my money.They receive so much money from all of us , without provide us there services. Is this legal?

I paid them £185 in the February for a taxi trip planned for April. Covid hit in March so I cancelled well in advance of the travel date and was told I would be given a refund. This has never happened and I’ve been told I can’t have one now. Liza karimova and team, you should be ashamed.

Never use this company. We were owed a refund of 232 euros but they have refused to pay up. They are nothing more than dishonest criminals. This company deserve to ultimately collapse as a result of the Covid pandemic.

If you value your money, do not give this company any deposit of prepay any transfer. While their web site says they will refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your trip. We did that over four months ago and still have not gotten any refund of our money. Buyer beware.

My travel plans changed due to Covid-19 and was informed I would receive a full refund as it was well within there 48hr cx period as stated in there T&C printed on their travel voucher. Unfortunately they have decided to act like common thieves and change there T&C to use the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to not pay customers! DO NOT USE THESE SHYSTERS under any circumstances they are nothing more than con men!!!!
