“I ordered a transportation from the Dead Sea to Ben Gurion Airport. From family reasons we couldn't travel and I cancelled the prepaid transfer. GetTransfer claims to keep the money in a company account saying that I can use it when I'm going to Israel again. This is an unfair business practice. As we will not be travelling to Israel in the near future, the company simply stole our money.”

“I booked a transfer from Malaga Airport to our hotel in Marbella. There was 15 of us in our travelling party so we had a mini bus.”

“Free cancellation with a full refund doesn´t mean you will see your money after you cancel the trip well in advance. The only way is a voucher for future travel. Terrible customer service, useless QA department (dealing with a claim) - look better elsewhere.”
