“Top service. I used went from Istanbul airport to my hotel and back again. Both the drivers were very friendly and punctual.”

“I arrived at Fuertuventura airport where my driver was waiting with a sign. He took my luggage and escorted me to his car. There was a fresh newspaper, a charger, and water in the car. The price is a little higher than a regular cab, but the quality is much better.”

“I arrived at the airport with my 6-month-old baby but did not see my driver. I had to ask an employee to hold the baby in order to contact the driver. At least the baby seat was in place and in good condition. Expecting an upgrade for the return transfer.”

“It only took a minute to book my transfer. I received confirmation directly after to my phone. Pretty good prices. The driver came to pick me up 10 minutes early. The car was clean. Highly recommended.”

“Beware! Left me at airport with 5 month baby - called customer support who said I had no booking. Had to find a taxi and then driver contacted me after I arrived at location (not his fault as they did not give me his details). I then cancelled my flight 2 weeks later, within 48 hour window, and they refused to refund my money; saying it could only be used as credits on their ride”

“This company is effectively a Ponzi scheme. They are failing people repeatedly and keeping their money based on their dubious terms and conditions. They are not paying drivers and are cancelling transfers at short notice that were almost certainly never legitimate. Have a read through the reviews on this site. It appears to me that the owners of Gettransfer are in the final throes of bankruptcy and are stealing as much money as they can before disappearing into the sunset on their illegally attained yacht. Every positive review for this company is almost certainly fake and the only honest reviews are from people like myself who have been badly let down and are substantially out of pocket. Their customer service is non-existent, they never answer emails properly (you will just get a stock answer) and once they have spoken to you once on the phone they will block your number and never answer you again. If anybody has any legal expertise they need to investigate this company immediately. They are a fraudulent organisation and I cannot implore you strongly enough to never use them.”
