“Bang for the buck the Classic 7" Asian Chef's Knife (Item Number: G-4). I found out about them from my brother who is a chef. They sharpen easily and are workhorses. Ask around. You can't go wrong.”

“By far the best knives available. Purchased 3 knife set for my son for Christmas. Anxious to hear from him after usage. He used a large Global I took on vacation and said it was the sharpest knife he'd ever used. My son in law swears by Global. I'm giving them to all my grandchildren when they marry. Absolutely the best.”

“I’ve had the GS-7 paring knife for years. It’s my favorite knife and the one I use more than any other. I love it so much I just bought a second one for my vacation home. I love the way it fits in my hard and the great control it provides.”

“I am a big Global Cutlery fan. I own a number of knives and other kitchen tools- some I was gifted ans some I purchased for myself. My latest purchase was for a niece and her husband. I gave them two of my favorites- the serated utility knife and the GS-110. These are two of my favorite knives.”

“Great knife. I've used it at the restaurant almost every day and since it arrived and I couldn't be happier with it. Global is an awesome brand. If it weren't for Donald Trump's tariffs i would purchase many more right now.”

“Disappointed.Tried to use discount code on my second purchase, but it didn't work. With that being the case, probably won't make any more purchases. You have to have trust in the company you buy from.”

“Over twenty years Global knives have been my favorite since reading Anthony Bourdain's 'Kitchen Confidential' where he praised Global for their perfectly balanced design and razor-sharp edge that holds up beautifully whether chopping vegetables or slicing proteins. Personally I love the look of the dimpled grip, with a modern look and a feel in the hand that remains secure. Easy to clean. Craftsmanship is second to none for the price point. Bourdain said you don't need a full block of kitchen knives to clutter your counter, but recommended having a couple quality tools and Global was his trusted brand. Enough said, RIP Tony.”
