What I'm not happy about is paying $189.95 for this knife and finding out less than a month after receiving it that it was now on sale for $151.96. Global must have know about this sale being forthcoming and wish they would have offered it to me at the sale price.”
“Quality of the 6" kiritsuke knife and the chef's knife is excellent. Haven't yet tried the water sharpener. Bought the knives for a 6" knife block but I didn't realize that without bolsters, both knives would extend nearly an inch beyound the block. My mistake, not Global's.”
“Poorly constructed and none of the blades are sharp. I get better results from a $10 peeler purchased at target than I do with this $50 piece of junk to add insult to injury the item is non-returnable once it’s been used come on global you can do better.”
