“Best knives ever (IMHO). Owner/operator of three restaurants. I use these every single day. The forged steel holds an edge better than any knife I've ever owned. Plan to add more to my collection.”

“They are a scam. I have two reasons for saying so, one being the product does not work as advertised. yes it will make a dull knife sharper but no, it will not turn it into the "kitchen razor" they show in the advertisment. And two, they will not accept a return if the product has been used. This is particularly telling for its in-your-face stupidity.”

“Purchased the Osaka block set. First quality set of knives and I'm happy with them. Nicely balanced and sharp. Global has many good reviews and they appear to be the workhorse of blades in professional and home kitchens. I believe I got them at a very good price on sale. Great quality and great value. My next purchase will be a little bit bigger chef's knife: probably a 9.5"-10". Thanks for the blades!”

“Bought a 7" vegetable knife and given out experience, decided to buy a two-knife set for out daughter. At the same time, bought a more expensive Santoku knife from Japan for another daughter in Alaska. Oddly that knife shipped from Japan and arrive in Alaska two days before the Global knife make it to Montana. Shipping aside, the knives have performed admirably, and we would not hesitate to recommend their performance/quality to anyone.”
