“They are a scam. I have two reasons for saying so, one being the product does not work as advertised. yes it will make a dull knife sharper but no, it will not turn it into the "kitchen razor" they show in the advertisment. And two, they will not accept a return if the product has been used. This is particularly telling for its in-your-face stupidity.”

“Bought a 7" vegetable knife and given out experience, decided to buy a two-knife set for out daughter. At the same time, bought a more expensive Santoku knife from Japan for another daughter in Alaska. Oddly that knife shipped from Japan and arrive in Alaska two days before the Global knife make it to Montana.
Shipping aside, the knives have performed admirably, and we would not hesitate to recommend their performance/quality to anyone.”
