“I ordered the 3-piece knife set from the Global Amazon store (Global SAI-3001 3 Piece Knife Set) and to keep it short and sweet, these are simply the best quality knives and the sharpest knives, I've owned for the kitchen, and that coming from owning some nice Henckel knife sets over the past 45+ years. I liked the look, and now the feel, of the SAI collection. They are so sharp, and weighted so nice, that they simplify my cutting needs when prepping & cooking. I am now a Global Knife owner from here on out!! Liked them so much, that I've placed two additional orders with Global 1) another knife to complement the 3-piece set that was on a holiday special, and 2) the matching cutlery-shears, 8.5-inch knife sharpener, and three-wheel sharpener, along with a couple pairs of tongs! Global comes very highly recommended from me!!”

“I have used the Global G2 for years and found it to be the best chef's knife ever. Very sharp out of the package and keeps its keen edge very well. Just ordered more for gifts.”

“Very balanced and very sharp. I baby them and keep them clean and sharp after every use. Seem to be holding an edge very well and the feel is very comfortable when using for long periods.”

“The knives are simply excellent. There was an issue with the most recent shipment I received. One knife and a sharpener were missing from the set I ordered. Customer service quickly and cheerfully shipped the remaining items. Global has my future business and recommendation for both superior quality and customer care.”

“Why do paring knives have a flat handle? I think I like the 3" fuller handle better? I have several types of Global knives, but my favorite is the utility knife.”

“Global Knives have been a mainstay in our kitchen and my boyfriend loves the ergonomic handle filled with sand! To each his own in the kitchen, but we are hooked and received this set as a gift and it’s the only knife we use…the serrated ones are insane! Cut like butter into fruit and veggies. The knives are fantastically sturdy while maintaining elegance of design and function of precision. Thank you!”

“I like all of my Global knives very much. I find the quality to be good, for the most part, and the prices are more in line with my budget. I own seven Global knives and I am concerned about what seems to be a rust spot on my 10" chef's knife, thus only four stars in my rating. I have recommended Global Knives several times in the last two years.”

While GLOBAL cutlery is not rust-proof, we recommend ensuring that the cutlery is dried immediately after cleaning and that it is not stored with cutlery that may be wet.
