“Best knife I ever owned. I bought my first Global Knife in 2007 it was the 8" Chef and I never regretted spending $100 buck for a knife. That knife is still useful. I do need to take it to get sharpened as I don't want to ruin it. When I saw the 2 pieces 6" chef and pairing knife at an amazing price I jumped on it. Another awesome choice. I love that it cuts tomatoes so thin. This is my first purchase on Global and they were great at keeping me updated on shipping and shipping was quick. I will defiantly buy from them again.”

“Many years ago I received a Global chef's knife and a flexible boning knife as a gift. I don't do a lot of boning so that knife was rarely used. After taking a knife's skills class, I learned that a boning knife has many more uses. It is excellent for removing the rind from melons and sectioning citrus. I recently bought a second knife for a vacation home.”

“The 7" Classic Japanese Fluted Chef's Knife has become one of my favorite knives to use. It is very sharp and well-balanced for when a heavier blade is needed. Although it does not feel heavy compared to some of my other knives. Great quality and I will certainly look to add more Global knives to my collection.”
