“Many years ago I received a Global chef's knife and a flexible boning knife as a gift. I don't do a lot of boning so that knife was rarely used. After taking a knife's skills class, I learned that a boning knife has many more uses. It is excellent for removing the rind from melons and sectioning citrus. I recently bought a second knife for a vacation home.”

“The 7" Classic Japanese Fluted Chef's Knife has become one of my favorite knives to use. It is very sharp and well-balanced for when a heavier blade is needed. Although it does not feel heavy compared to some of my other knives. Great quality and I will certainly look to add more Global knives to my collection.”

“I've been using Global knives for the past 20 years and still happy with my original pieces. They have retained their great look and are surprisingly still sharp. Accidentally threw one in the trash and fortunately, Global still has the same look.”
