“La calidad de los cuchillos y accesorios son más que fascinante son de otro planeta llevo más de 10 años usando la marca global y la verdad en lo único que me puedo quejar es que ya deberían cambiar él embalaje de los cuchillos en ves de una caja de cartón no estaría nada mal un embalaje de madera con un toque de personalidad propia de la global .”

“I bought two sets of the "Power Couple" knives as shower gifts for two brides. I bought these because a dear friend gave me a Global knife for Christmas and OMG, I LOVE that knife! Hopefully, these new brides will love them as well, but why wouldn't they? These are the best quality knives.”

“I have used a set of 3 Global knives for many years and wanted to get a set with the smart knife block. Got the 6 piece Global Ukon set. Love the black and steel knife block but the knives themselves feel light and unsubstantial to use. The small serrated knife arrived a little bent at the tip. After handwashing the water marks need buffing. Was looking forward to having these in my new kitchen and while they are sharp etc. there is some quality missing.”

“I am a professional Chef for over 35 years , CIA 77" I am also a certified executive chef (CEC) by the American Chef Foundation (ACF).:I have used Misono high carbon Swedish steel knives for years . I have grown to really love the Gobal line of knives. one piece construction, good balance , the steel will hold a sharp edge. I enjoy using these knives in my daily task and they are so easy to keep super clean and they produce no rust like my High Carbon steel knives”

“My husband is a Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts graduate. He started fresh out of college with a set of Global knives given to him by his parents as a graduation gift. 20+ years later we are retiring those knives with replacements of the same and filling the spaces available in the 15 slot Global Knife roll I got him for his birthday last year! From chef's knives to boning knives, utility to sushi knives he will always love his Global.”

“Global are excellent knives, I've been using them for decades. I've used several other brands, started with Zwilling Henckels, then Wusthof and others. Preferred the handle on Global knives after purchasing just one. They're comfortable to hold and virtually non-slip, important because I keep them sharp with Global's handheld 2 stage knife sharpener, it's easy and convenient to use, another I highly recommend.”

“I have seen and heard many of my favorite chefs talk about Global. I saw there was a big sale and needed a 6" chef's knife. Once it arrived, I put it to use during service prep. I was absolutely amazed with the comfort and sharpness of the knife. The top FOH person needed a knife to cut lemons, mine was the only one out and clean. She was shocked by the little effort in cutting her lemons. After a quick clean, I needed to mince herbs, and there was no bruising and no bleed of the herbs to the board. I was so impressed, and the sale was still going on that I bought a 2nd 6" classic chef's knife. I will be looking forward to Global for all my future knife needs!”

“The knife is amazing. Easily the finest one I ever used. Delivery was fast. The only thing I didn't like was the part of the packaging where the knife was secured by these plastic zip ties that were hard to remove and I even scratch the knife a little while doing it.”
