I love the functional movements that GMB encourages. I'm doing Elements for a second time (still a rookie 😉) and still able to challenge myself. The mobile interface is great and user friendly, removing another roadblock! They're also easy to get in touch with and have answered all my questions 🙌🙌 Through the GMB podcast and Elements program I feel more responsible for my movement (or lack of) and confident in my ability to do something about it.

GMB has helped me redefine my whole physical training. Despite not having the time to exercise I used to have 10 years ago, I can get so much out of a 30-min training session. I tried building my own programs in the past but I either ended up lost on the internet or doing stuff I'm already good at. Building the mentality to always focus on the quality of movement and continually improving weaker points (at your own pace), is what really sets GMB apart.

GMB fitness has been a regular thing in my life for several years and will be in the future unless I die. From outside looking in I would describe GMB as knowledgeable, generous (check out the amount of free tutorials on their website) and funny. Of course they could be complete b@stards in person. I have purchased several programs and they were the first programs that I followed from start to finish. Keep up the good work GMB.

GMB elements program has helped me reduce strain (no more tennis elbow!!) and get stronger and move more easily. It needs a slightly different way of thinking about 'fitness' but I see that as good. Since starting the 'GMB way' there have been NO injuries. It really is a great way forward AND you can look forward to developing skills. Who wants to do another set of 20 press-ups? I'm looking at improving my handstand this year...

I honestly cannot say enough good things about these programs. I am about to turn 40, and over the past couple of years had started to get really out of shape. Mobility has always been an issue for me due to some old skateboarding injuries from when I was a teenager. I started out with the mobility program, and then moved on to integral strength. I used to always prefer working out on my own at the gym with weights. Now I am completely addicted to the integral strength program. I am probably in the best shape I have been in 10 years, and I work my full body, including muscle groups that I definitely would have neglected if I left to my own devices. I honestly think they could charge twice as much for these programs and it would still be a value. You get so many different workouts which keep things interesting for a very long time and it’s only one fee for lifetime access. I recommend the programs to many of my friends, colleagues and clients , because I just think they are so great. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I am pretty addicted to the integral strength program right now, but I definitely plan on eventually purchasing the new sequences program that was just released.

Love the exercises and slow but steady build up of them.

I love both the Mobility and Integral Strength programmes, I picked them up during lockdown and haven't looked back. The video content is easy to follow, the workouts offer a logical progression, the app works well and support is brilliantly responsive. You can literally fit these workouts around your free time, and you get results. I've less pain in my body, I feel more flexible and I'm definitely stronger as a result of all the Spiderman push ups, the beaf crawling and frogging variants.

Prior to GMB Mobility, I was foam rolling daily for several months. Since I started the program I made more progress in a few weeks than the previous few months and I have only been doing a 15 minute session every second day. I would definitely recommend the GMB mobility program.

GMB Fitness is fantastic and so is the Elements programme. I routinely used the GMB Fitness Youtube videos, which are a great resource. Signing up to gain access to the programme was an excellent choice. The programme is encouraging, functional and is the most comprehensive strength and mobility routine I have ever done. Thank you GMB Fitness!

GMB is amazing at meeting people where they’re at and figuring out how to help them get to where they want to be. GMB is far and away the best program I’ve seen at offering variations in exercises to match a person’s current skill/strength/injuries and helping them to build from there. And having auto-regulation baked into the programs means learning to adjust day to day for injuries/recovery level etc is easy and becomes a natural part of your training. Probably the most remarkable thing that GMB does, however, is teach you how to perform exercises correctly. So many programs are predicated on a level of knowledge that most people don’t have, but the care with which GMB explains things means that someone who’s never done an exercise can safely attempt it without concerns about hurting themselves. And if you think you have done it all before? There are exercises in these programs that I’ve done lots of times before, that I’ve had demonstrated by a number of different trainers over the years, and I finally learned how to them PROPERLY because of the way Ryan or Jarlo explained them. It’s quite lovely to have that little light-bulb moment and go, "Oh, THIS is how that’s meant to feel" and suddenly start to make progress.

I admit i was reluctant to give GMB a go initially. Now i use Mobility and Integral strength mulitple times a week. I love that the programs run you through exactly what you need to do and offer variations on the exercises to cater to your capabilities. GMB is great for those just starting out too. The result for me has been is a noticable change in how i move. Getting out of bed in the morning is definitely easier. I definitely recommend giving GMB a go. I'm really glad i did

I started with Elements, and I'm halfway through it. I enjoy it so much that I can hardly wait for the next session. I like that it builds up movements like Lego pieces, there are always some more challenges and new combinations to learn. I use Elements with Recovery and the Respiration modules which I find very useful complementary workouts on my rest days. All modules are highly adaptable to my schedule, and the duration is also customizable for my situation. It's great that each session ends with self-reflection that helps me realize my progress and weakness in certain workouts.

GMB Fitness has become a go-to resource for me. The in-depth online articles offer a plethora of information about mobility, recovery, coordination and more. Whether I'm seeking to learn more about a single skill (e.g. Handstands or Muscle-Ups) or deepen my understanding of overall movement autonomy, GMB's trainers offer time-tested, professional advice. What I love about their approach to fitness is that isn't an exercise program with specified sets and reps; you can find plenty of that elsewhere. What GMB brings to the table is a playful movement philosophy that can be applied to any sport or fitness routine you like. Instead of slogging through another workout that burns calories but doesn't do much else, this is about mindfully engaging with your movement practice. The results (better coordination, balance, body control) are almost immediate. The more you realize your body can do, the more you want to train.

I like the break from the norm of standard stretching and looking at a more dynamic, practical approach to getting greater mobility. With the flexibility of differing time scales for each session, the programmes fit in perfectly with a hectic lifestyle; negating excuses for finding time to fit in a small amount of exercise per day.

The programs and support GMB provides are amazing. The main reason I purchased many of the programs is for better mobility and addressing aches and pains. The programs are easy to use and customizable to your schedule which is a huge bonus! I would highly recommend GMB to anyone.

I have finished both Elements and Mobility and both programs are very well structured. There are millions of fitness programs online (and I have purchased dozens of them) and I couldn't finish most of them because of boredom and lack of effectiveness. Elements is actually my first online fitness which I could finish and enjoy. The movement patterns are greatly helpful to build essential mobility and strength for daily life. Most importantly, GMB staff/trainers are helpful and they answer all my questions nicely about the programs and movements. I wasn't alone when I walked through the programs. I am now on my second run of Elements and I discover something new every day! Strongly recommend!
