Fun and inspiring way to improve mobility and strength

I started with Elements, and I'm halfway through it. I enjoy it so much that I can hardly wait for the next session. I like that it builds up movements like Lego pieces, there are always some more challenges and new combinations to learn. I use Elements with Recovery and the Respiration modules which I find very useful complementary workouts on my rest days. All modules are highly adaptable to my schedule, and the duration is also customizable for my situation. It's great that each session ends with self-reflection that helps me realize my progress and weakness in certain workouts.

GMB Fitness has become a go-to resource for me. The in-depth online articles offer a plethora of information about mobility, recovery, coordination and more. Whether I'm seeking to learn more about a single skill (e.g. Handstands or Muscle-Ups) or deepen my understanding of overall movement autonomy, GMB's trainers offer time-tested, professional advice. What I love about their approach to fitness is that isn't an exercise program with specified sets and reps; you can find plenty of that elsewhere. What GMB brings to the table is a playful movement philosophy that can be applied to any sport or fitness routine you like. Instead of slogging through another workout that burns calories but doesn't do much else, this is about mindfully engaging with your movement practice. The results (better coordination, balance, body control) are almost immediate. The more you realize your body can do, the more you want to train.

I like the break from the norm of standard stretching and looking at a more dynamic, practical approach to getting greater mobility. With the flexibility of differing time scales for each session, the programmes fit in perfectly with a hectic lifestyle; negating excuses for finding time to fit in a small amount of exercise per day.

The programs and support GMB provides are amazing. The main reason I purchased many of the programs is for better mobility and addressing aches and pains. The programs are easy to use and customizable to your schedule which is a huge bonus! I would highly recommend GMB to anyone.

I have finished both Elements and Mobility and both programs are very well structured. There are millions of fitness programs online (and I have purchased dozens of them) and I couldn't finish most of them because of boredom and lack of effectiveness. Elements is actually my first online fitness which I could finish and enjoy. The movement patterns are greatly helpful to build essential mobility and strength for daily life. Most importantly, GMB staff/trainers are helpful and they answer all my questions nicely about the programs and movements. I wasn't alone when I walked through the programs. I am now on my second run of Elements and I discover something new every day! Strongly recommend!

I started with GMB’s Mobility to try it out. Within a month later I purchased their bundle because I enjoyed the Mobility program so much I wanted to fully immerse myself with GMB! I started GMB about 2 years ago and have made huge improvements in my mobility and skills! I have had many back injuries and have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I’ve also struggled with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years. It’s very difficult to find a fitness program that doesn’t flare up my CFS, as any exertion causes post exertion malaise. What works for me about GMB is the fact that you can choose between a 15 minute, 30 minute, and 45 minute session. With my CFS I can typically only do 15 minute sessions but still feel like I got a good workout! I have never found another program that doesn’t cause extreme flare ups with me because they’re all too long, too intense, &/or too much volume. Before starting GMB my squat depth was very high and my posture was horrible (due to my past injuries and OA). After about a year of consistent GMB sessions, my squat depth is very low with good posture! I never thought I would improve my squats, let alone get a$$ too grass!! I have 9 GMB courses and so far my favourites are: Mobility. Elements. Integral strength. Recovery! If you’re just getting started and just want to start moving I’d recommend starting with Mobility. But any and all GMB courses are fantastic and I’d highly recommend giving it a try! If a 45 year old man with 4 diseases can do it, why not try it?!

I was drawn to GMB Fitness for the low cost of it programs. I also could relate to the trainer, who has a family, like me, and has a martial arts background. I practiced karate when I was younger. I have bought 6 programs. 1 or 2 are above my level. My goals, besides improving my running distance, is to learn calisthenics skills, starting with 1-legged squats.

I found GMB about 5 years ago and I'm so grateful that I did! At 50 years old, with zero experience, GMB programs have taught me tons of new skills (Handstands, Pull-Ups, Bears, Froggers, Monkeys, Scales, Parallettes, ETC) all from the comfort of my living room!! The programs are so fun, always different, challenging & easy to use. Thank you Ryan & team-you've taught me a whole new way to exercise & I LOVE IT!!!!

I was trying to find a bodyweight program that would complement my martial arts training. The GMB programs are easy to follow, with helpful video guides to coach you through unfamiliar exercises. I've purchased several programs now and have been very pleased with the ongoing improvement in my strength and mobility.

This is a really great line of products that are well worth your money! The format is great, videos and text show and tell you step by step exactly what you need to do. The timer auto advances each video. All you have to do is open the app and follow directions. It really couldn't be easier to get results quickly.

I like their holistic approach to fitness - focusing on ease of life rather than pure performance (unlike, e.g., Starting Strength). This is very applicable to me - a person who needs to sit a lot behind a screen and wants to live pain-free.

When I accepted the fact that my lack of mobility and its accompanying pain was impacting my life, I researched some options to improve and found GMB. I was impressed with their ability to move and decided to try Elements, despite being very skeptical. I was impressed with the progress and strength I realized, and have since purchased General Mobility and Integral Strength. I continue to improve and, unlike other "programs" I have tried, do not find myself getting bored. I would highly recommending trying one of their courses.

GMB has been one of my go-to movement program. If it's doing mobility drills, practicing breathing patterns or doing different than your everyday body moves GMB has it. So don't doubt it, just give it a try.

I'm an over-50 runner, a slow one. I'm a nurse frustrated by people not making the most of their bodies. GMB inspires me with gentle movement that slowly and naturally increases flexibility and strength. The videos are repetitive, but my attitude is not. Based on what the cat is doing or if I'm moving furniture out of the way, I hear the training videos reminding me of position points which I had forgotten. It's like being with a trusty trainer who sees that I'm not getting all that I could out of a session. I like owning these sessions forever. I found that I'm not ready for Vitamin yet. That's waiting for me while I continue with Elements to build strength. And yes, I get impatient. So I'm dropping to the floor during the day for pushups or planks, just for fun. Lastly, I cannot outgrow this series. I will be able to follow for years, while I learn to swim, or climb, or continue with hiking etc. I've had frozen shoulder 3 times, so there is a chance I will get it again. I can use this instead of PT. This is truly gold.

Into it for six weeks, challenging and rewarding. See improvement every session. Understand the moves a little better each day. The video instruction is clear and easy to follow. Trying to keep in some shape without becoming stiff and sore after other workouts once i hit 60 was a challenge. These workouts challenge me to the nines yet have never left me in pain. I feel stronger through each day but as usual can’t improve fast enough. Look forward to every workout.and being able to do some moves that I couldn’t even do in my twenties. It’s a blast.
