I’ve been doing GMB programs for a few years now, and I think they’re terrific. I’m a middle-aged office worker, and a mediocre runner: I do 20-ish miles a week, pretty slow. So my cardio fitness is okay, and I’m reasonably strong, but I’ve always been extraordinarily unflexible, stiff, and clumsy — in that sense, totally unathletic. I’ve never touched my toes with my legs straight and squatting with my heels on the ground is immensely difficult and awkward. GMB programs have helped with that more than anything else I’ve tried. I’m still less flexible than most people, but I’m folding forward much more easily and squatting more easily, both of which are really convenient for day to day life. They’re very difficult for me — in a couple of years of doing them I don’t think I’ve rated the quality of a workout better than “Rough” — but they seem to be helpful and beneficial even when you’re doing them really badly, which I am. And the variety and progressive nature keeps me engaged. Some things I don’t know if I’m ever going to make much progress on, like the Frogger stall, but continuing to cycle through the different programs is definitely good for me and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

I operated equipment for a long time... which required sitting all day. From time to time I would stand up stretch and do a partial squat and was fine with that. I'm now retired and noticed there were parts of me that were very stiff and inflexible. I followed GMB and kept at it slowly. I didn't know what to expect. But 15 min sessions have surprisingly increased my range of motion and freedom. I wake up encouraged to discover what other movements are achievable. Thank you GMB!

I have followed GMB for years! I can’t say enough about their programs. I have just about every single one of them. Even their legacy programs! I continue to use all of them in some way, shape, or form and I’m glad that they continue to improve and evolve each and every single one of them.

I love everything these guys stand for. It’s not about exercising to get buff or look a certain way, it’s about feeling strong and helping your body move freely- regardless of age. I find the tone encouraging and friendly and the newsletters have a tonne of useful info. Thank you GMB!

I enjoy GMB so much! I look forward to my next sessions and ponder the workouts I've completed. I can note my progress. I'm now able to move in ways I always thought possible, but could never quite accomplish. GMB's instructions are easy to follow, even when they challenge me. Most importantly for me, GMB Fitness is fun! Sometimes, I feel like I'm back on the playground, challenging myself with cool new moves.

I love this program. I’ve been using Elements for about 1 month and I have seen improvement in my range of motion especially in my hips and shoulders. I would definitely recommend it. Well done GMB!

Can’t say enough good things about GMB and Elements program. My friend turned me on to GMB and I watched/listened to/read a lot of the content while I was recovering from major shoulder surgery last year. Once I had gone through enough PT and was starting to develop more strength, I signed up for Elements a couple months ago. I can honestly say that this 55 year old has now regained more strength and mobility than before my injury which was 10 months ago. Don’t be fooled by the name - Elements is really hard! There’s still a lot I can’t do well, but if I slow things down and really follow the great instruction, I always improve. I love the warm-up/practice/play/finish strong ethos to the sessions. And I’ve emailed the GMB team a number of times for help/tips/suggestions, and they are super responsive. I get some funny looks in the gym I go to sometimes because I’m sitting there on the floor, tuned into my phone, doing the Bear or Monkey or whatever. But all the folks looking at me are weaker and less flexible than I am, so ha. No seriously, this is a great program if you take it seriously and pay attention to your body, how you are feeling that day, take things slowly, and “run your own race” with it. Thanks GMB!

Love your programs! I’ve always been obsessed with training harder and heavier. After being introduced to your philosophy, programs and age I quickly realized that if I’m getting old and strong I have to focus more on different perspectives of training and activity. Thanks for all your efforts so far. Keep up the good work!

I love GMB's approach to fitness: there's a place for everyone. They don't dress in flashy gear or exaggerate the benefits of working out, but encourage going at your own pace. It also helps that they regularly release new content, much of which addresses issues that many of us are facing.

I'm not an athlete, but I do want a long life in a body that moves well and feels good. For me, GMB is just right. I trust these folks to deliver programming that is well-structured, practical, scalable, and fun—which means I can get right down to training and know that it's a good investment of time. But the programs are also modular and flexible, which allows me to tweak and self-regulate when I need to. The GMB crew's training philosophy is so elegant and considered (I recommend giving any of their articles a read), and it's a genuine pleasure to follow their process and feel the benefits accruing over time. Thanks, GMB!

I'm a 52 active male who mountain bikes, hikes, runs and swims 3-6 days a week for the last 2 years. Although I'm in good shape something was missing that I could feel in my body. My joints & ligaments were not feeling so strong and I had a few minor issues. I looked for some answers and thought GMB could help. I was so glad I found them!! Although it took me around 4 months to start feeling strong and for the pains to go away in my wrists (they weren't used to my body weight being on them and from old injuries - 3 broken bones/wrist in my right hand 1 in my left hand) After that adjustment period I can say I've never felt stronger. I've made gains in my flexibility but also strength and an overall feeling of well-being in my joints that I don't know how to describe other than secure. I wasn't happy with my aging process, but completely happy with what I've learned here and how it's turned around how my body feels.

I'm a 50 YrOld runner. Banged up and fighting injuries. All I can say Elements is awesome. Different than anything I have done before and just fits into running mobility. I look forward to doing it before and or after runs. The timing options of 15, 30 and 45 mins is perfect for a day were time is short. I am about 23 days into it and I already see improvements. Never bought an online fitness product before and so glad I did.

I kinda started the program with close to no motivation, but with a "15 minutes session" option available I was somewhat able to convince myself that I can not afford not to do this for my health, 15 minutes in a day is almost nothing. I did it every day, and motivation kicked in after about 10 days. Now I'm on day 33, already thinking that at the end of the program, I'll restart it with the 30 minutes sessions. Now that moving my body is easier, it seems attainable, which wasn't the case not long ago. Thank you GMB team

GMB Fitness is excellent. Knowledgeable and experienced people giving really special training programs in seemingly achievable methods even for the average person. It’s very fair with regards to buying a program and having lifetime access to it, plus the website is easy to use.

I started using GMB programs in 2017 and was hooked by seeing strength, flexibility, and motor control on display. I wanted it and they taught me how to get it. Everything seems thought through intentional and well taught. They aren’t hype, but are still fun. I’ve almost purchased every program and I used to utilize them more. However, I still love their programs and recommend them 10/10. To utilize for more weight loss purposes, I recommend going beyond what they ask or at least doing the 30min-1 hour option. But for recovery, maintenance and skill learning, they are the best using any time interval. They are just a company full of normal fun people!

I've purchased several GMB programs and love all of them. They're challenging without being overwhelming, and even deep into the programs there's not a hint of monotony. I can tell the difference they've made in my overall fitness. I'm 50 years old, and my flexibility and mobility are the best they've been since I played sports in high school, and in terms of strength I have a mastery of my own body weight that I've never experienced before. Some movements I assumed I would never be able to do when I first saw them. With work, however, I was able to and at the same time be surprised by what I was capable of. In short, I can't recommend programs like Mobility, Integral Strength, and Literal Immortality enough.
