“Amazing service! Timely pick up, friendly driver and job was complete in less than 15 minutes! Pricing was great, actually cheaper to use this service than taking my own stuff to the landfill! Will definitely be using this service again!”

“Wasn't sure how to dispose of our old dresser when they furniture company who delivered our new dresser wouldn't take the old out with them. Found LoadUp online and scheduled a pick up asap. Shockingly on time and would for sure use them again.”

“I have to get out of my apartment by midnight tonight and was told that they would be here between 4 pm and 8 pm , well guess what they have no one to pickup my stuff , they sure take your money fast enough!!! Well they just lost a customer and I want my money back Thank you!!!”

“Great communication throughout the day on arrival. Very careful and cautious making sure not to hit any walls or scratch floors. Very professional and the two gentleman were very personable and funny. Would use again for sure.”

“A truck with only the driver showed up to remove a sofa and loveseat. Because I had to have the items removed based on delivery of a new piece of furniture, I was left with no choice but to help with removing my items. Im a senior citizen and was not prepared for heavy lifting but they left me with no choice. I was charged the full amount. I will not use them again nor do I recommend anyone else use them unless you want to do your own labor without compensation.”

“We were given a 12 hour service window (ridiculously large service window!!) and the person didn’t show up until 11.5 hours into that window. THEN, I got a text asking for another $16 to be added to my bill, I suppose for a tip? Chutzpah!! First and last time using this service.”

“Had an entire office of furniture to remove and these guys worked all day long to disassemble desks, cubicles, conference table, and more. They did an amazing job! Reasonable pricing for this large job.”
