“This load up employee not only worked by himself but made me feel that he was very confident with putting my furniture together. He was so tired but smiled and laughed as he did bis job professionally. I hope you have other employees like this one because he has very big shoes to fill. Whatever you are paying him, you may want to dig just a little deeper.”

“I went online to reserve my order for a recliner pickup for the next day. They arrived the next morning (early even!) and moved with fast efficiency. “Very happy with the service! Overall good communication from the LoadUp platform and via mobile. The team arrived in the time window communicated, were very friendly, and immediately went to work. They accommodated getting a recliner out of a tricky basement entry to the backyard with no issue or complaint and made quick work of the other items including chairs, dresser, and queen mattress. I asked that they stay clear of a low hanging tree near the front porch and were very careful and accommodating. Very happy with Brandon and Javier's service and would definitely use LoadUp again.”
