“oh no i need to contact you - the product arrived unsealed - and with fingerprints clearly visable on the lid i could sell it before i pend the box,, it was very well packaged , but then i noticed , wet as i started to pull it out out - its doesnt stated the purume is an oil base one - but it felt oily . i wanted to get the full set of the purfumes - now im reluctant until i no who to contact in regards to this - so ive paid over £100 for 3qauters of a bottle - normally i receiveall purmed sealed as new.. anyway i will be contacting you in regards to this -”

“These smell absolutely amazing, the product itself is excellent. But I was shocked by the amount of packaging that they were delivered in. They could have easily been sent in a reinforced envelope, but arrived in something bigger than a shoe box filled with plastic wrap. It seemed a little bit tone deaf in todays climate”
