“In these crazy times our friends were delighted with their basket. They loved the packaging and found that even that just lifted their moods. They were thrilled with everything and even hid items from each other so they would last longer. Thank you”

“For some reason the delivery was incorrectly addressed or read wrong and therefore didn’t arrive on time the order clearly stated 87 as the street number but the driver thought it was B7 which was only sorted when I called the following day to when it should have been delivered and then was followers up and delivered annoying as it was a special birthday and my contact number was on the order so a simple call to check would have been better than me chasing the parcel not ideal first experience”

“Quality contents in the hamper. Much nicer than other hampers I researched. Recipient very grateful. Would like to see a no-sugar hamper added to your range, suitable for people with diabetes. My initial webform enquiry didn't reach you for some reason, although I got a confirmation email that it had been sent. This resulted in a delay in resolving an initial query and meant I had to re-create the enquiry. Direct email service after that was prompt.”
