“yeah look, I usually order from gourmet basket and it’s usually good but this time however, it wasn’t. Package was supposed to arrive on the 14th of August and it’s the 17th currently and it still hasn’t arrived.”

“This was an excellent gift to our family who are doing it tough at the moment. The wine and snacks were a great hit. The selection was lovely, although we had to add chocolates, because they also have a three year old who would have been upset if the gift didn't have anything for him. It is good that the basket enables you to do that.”

“Gourmet Basket, youtl truly exceeded our expectations on both ends. We loved the simplicity of the ordering process, the products incl, the ease of talking to someone when we wanted an update on delivery. Our friends on the receiving end were so impressed by the packaging they absolutley loved the gift card and all the products were ones that would thoroughly enjoy according to their taste. I can't wait for the next occassion I have to send another one 😊”

“I was wrongly charged for the same/ next day delivery when the gift was asked to deliver a week later. When I realised the mistake, I rang the office to sort it our but the available options was limited: eg there is no store credit as I am not allowed to get credit back to my account; 2. adding more good in the gift basket was limited as some "men only" items was running low and could not guarantee the availability.”
