“The recipient was thrilled with her Gourmet Basket gift. The online tracking was really helpful from the Giver point of view. However, Startrack let the gift down as they did not attempt to deliver the gift and presumed due to Covid lockdown the recipient would not be at the business address - even though the business was open. They evidently delivered straight to a nearby post office - which delayed the gift's receipt by 3 days.”

“The basket was lovely but the timing of delivery was not so good. I really appreciate the issues around delivery during COVID but when you order a basket for delivery on a Friday and it doesn't arrive until Tuesday it would have been really nice to receive advice that there would be a delay as it was a special birthday gift.”
