“The gourmet basket I purchased from you was for my 96 year old who was heading to Palliative Care. He was absolutely thrilled, it was the perfect gift and I cannot thank you enough for making his last days at home a bit more special and exciting. He and my aunt loved the gift.”

“Two hampers I ordered were dispatched two weeks earlier than the intended delivery date and efforts to correct this were minimal with me having to chase up for answers. Unfortunately it has ruined the surprise for the other recipients and no compensation or goodwill gesture has been offered.”
