“I have nothing but positive words for all involved with helping me to organise the delivery of a sympathy care package for a work colleague. The ladies on the phone were extremely helpful in assisting with my choice and with meeting the delivery deadlines. Our work colleague has sent the following message to our team: "Thank you to everyone for my beautiful Sympathy Package, receiving this means a lot and is appreciated. Presentation and contents are absolutely wonderful - the scented flowers can be smelt throughout the whole of my house which is so lovely."”

“We sent a sympathy basket to a family members who lost her mother. She adored the hamper. The only thing I could suggest it that a photo of the hamper is sent to the person sending it. We added additional things so we couldn’t see them on the website. We couldn’t exactly ask our cousin in morning to send us a photo of what she had received.”
